Chris and his team come very highly recommended. They took on my brief for a new kitchen in my house build in Surrey with incredible enthusiasm and commitment. They designed and fitted the kitchen and the end result surpassed my expectation. The fact that they were able to produce the goods even though there was considerable distance involved gives you an awareness of their professionalism and work ethic. I currently live in Lincoln and will soon be moving south but I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great things about KB are you can browse without feeling pushed, the team listen to you get to know you and your Needs how ever many times thing change. They then come up with ideas and solutions working around your budget and available space.

During covid things became very unpredictable with our builders and other trades but, the one constant and adaptable was KB.

We are both glad that we chose KB over other companies that are available, it may have cost slightly more but that money was well worth spending to get the quality, attention to detail and level of support that they provide.

We highly recommend KB if you want a wonderful kitchen, great service, a quality product all at a sensible price.

Bought a new build property through a local developer who had 2 choices to go through for our kitchen, Aktie Browns and a large national chain. After getting quotes through both and designs we found Katie Browns to be a cheaper, better quality design, and easier to liase with due to them being family owned small business. The Kitchen install is excellent with a couple small issues resolved quickly once they were notified. The arrange of choice and their design capabilities match if not exceed a larger kitchen design retailers and still maintains the small business customer care at the same time, Both Annie and Darcie have been very helpful, especially when fixing an issue that was through no fault of their own.

Kate Brown Kitchens are a phenomenal company who far our weighed our expectations. We predominantly dealt with Bobby who designed every inch of the kitchen with precision, utilising every bit of space available to him. The design process was straight forward and Bobby never seemed to mind how many times we rang and called in for more advice. After the installation, a couple of the appliances needed changing from our point of view, not through being faulty and without hesitation, these were collected and new ones ordered and installed. Even several months on when I had a problem with the washing machine, Bobby personally came round to take off the kick plate for me as my husband was working away at the time. I would without hesitation give Katie Brown Kitchens 10/10, not only for the quality of the kitchen, but for going that extra mile with their customer care. We often get asked as to who installed the kitchen, and that in itself is the greatest compliment! Thank you again for our amazing kitchen...

A productive, satisfying experience and a company I would recommend.
The service was first-class and efficient. Our project manager (Darci) had some fab creative ideas to help make the design of the new kitchen interesting and practical. The workmanship was excellent and the project represented excellent value for money.

we had a new kitchen starting during the announcement of the second lockdown and we had removed the old kitchen and was concerned we would be without a kitchen for 6 weeks. But KB were excellent they put a plan into place which worked really well and the team were superb from plumbers, sparkies, tiler and the installers. the work was to a very high standard and we are very impressed, nothing was to much of a problem for them.

So with money burning a hole in my pocket decided it was time for a new kitchen. Visited the shop liked what I saw. Got them to come out to measure my kitchen and provide a quote.
They never got back to me not even to say they didn't want the work. That's not just bad business it is plain rude.
