Howdens – Worcester

Howdens were recommended to me by a friend, I was assisted by Jim; a lovely guy who took the measurements of my kitchen so that a plan could be setup; when I arrived at Howdens; I was offered a hot drink (great customer service)- he talked me through the plan (giving me the opportunity to make ammendments if needed) and showed me the extensive range of designs and appliances; it was clear that Jim really knew his stuff and he helped me to choose a fantastic design - Many thanks!

I ordered a kitchen from Howdens Stourbridge to Worcester and it arrived with a few wrong doors and handles. When I went into the Worcester store to swap them to the correct one, the person in reception told me that they wouldn’t be able to do this and that I would have to travel all the way to Stourbridge to change them (even though it wasn’t my mistake). In Stourbridge the member of staff told me that there was no need travel all that way and that they would’ve been able to change it in Worcester!!! Terrible service in the Worcester branch, newton road. Not happy at all.

Absolutely first class service from my initial telephone call to collection . Impeccable manners were shown by the staff who dealt with me & the customer service I recieved was excellent, can't be faulted. Thank you.

I had a Howdens kitchen fitted back in 2015 and purchased a replacement stainless steel strainer waste 1½ Bowl kit to replace my tarnished/leaking set. I took the old ones out and when I came to fit the new kit realised the 3 bolts were too short for it to fit. I couldn’t refit the old set so I was stuck with no useable sink. The guys and girls were really reassuring in that that could resolve the problem and as my wife was in Worcester that morning she popped in with the old bolts and the new ‘short’ bolts to show the guys in reception. They were great in supplying 3 correct sized bolts in a matter of minutes. Great service that deserves some positive feedback

Very helpful staff. Great selection of kitchen units, doors, fittings and fixings. Lots of parking space. Easy access for collection.

Our kitchen was delivered by Paul & Grant. They carried all our kitchen and fittings up stairs at the rear of our house, this was a huge effort and was much appreciated!
