Dajon design and fit good kitchens and utility rooms - shame about the after care service which is slow, chaotic, maddening and nothing like as good as the first part of their service. You have to chase, argue, chase again. They eventually sort it but we felt once they had the kitchen paid for, continuing customer care was weak. We have had a particular problem with one of their kitchen worktop suppliers, which has never been satisfactorily resolved. We also ordered bathroom hardware and fitted wardrobes from them - sometimes it went smoothly, sometimes it didn't. We will never use them or recommend them again because of our experience.

Dajon recently installed a new kitchen in my house , the choice of company to conduct this work was easy as Dajon had previously fitted 2 bathrooms to an exceptional standard .
The experience was no different in this case from initial design , advice on colours and fitments right through to fitting , the approach was very helpful and professional at each stage of the process .
When it came to fitting and all the challenges that exist with existing fixtures , fittings , pipe work etc then Steve and his team dealt with everything as it occurred and without compromise . Each night the place was left neat and tidy and at the end of the project amazingly there was no snagging list and everything worked as it should .
Dajon even lent me a 2 ring hob for use whilst the work was being done , very thoughtful and a great help .
