We are very pleased with our new kitchen from Schmidt Epsom. The quality of the kitchen is great, all prebuilt in Germany. The delivery of the kitchen was on schedule.

Assam and his team offer great customer service, always be there if we have any question or any issue occurs fix them without any quibble. Throughout the project. they are very helpful in liaising with builders, a pleasure to deal with them.

The builders/ fitters working with them are great too! good at details, trust worthy. nice people. recommend!

if we have another project in the future. we will definetely use them again.

Nirav, Asam and Hanisha from the Epsom office have been amazing from planning of the kitchen which was part of a new extension so we were able to create an what we wanted right through to delivery.

You will not be disappointed with quality of the kitchens and our fitters described the hinges as the rolls Royce of hinges they were also very impressed with not only the quality of it all but also with the hands on help that the Nirav and Asam offered with any questions my fitters had.

We have had our new Schmidt kitchen now for a few months and can honestly say we couldn’t be happier and it has exceeded our expectations so would highly recommend Schmidt.

Our apartment is fairly new, but the kitchen design did not meet our ideal requirements and our needs as we get older. We decided to go with Schmidt after looking at a few other kitchen companies.
From the start we were impressed with the design process based on our basic plan. After a few minor revisions we approved the final plan.
The installation process went smoothly and we are delighted with our new kitchen. The design works well for us in the way we had hoped.
Based on our experience we would not hesitate in recommending Schmidt-Epsom , the whole team were there to discuss any issues and clarify any points to ensure a problem free installation and happy clients.

We are so happy with our kitchen that we purchased through Schmidt Epsom, Nirav and the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with through the full process. After visiting various other showrooms and having multiple designs mocked up we weren't quite happy, Nirav designed us the perfect kitchen and now that its fitted we really couldn't be happier. Everything was delivered on time and the kitchen feels sturdy and of great quality.

We have been most impressed with the after sales service we received from Schmidt Epsom, in the day and age where good customer service seems to be well and truly dead, to work with a team who have called us to check we are happy with everything, been available to take calls at 10pm (Sorry Nirav) and just overall been lovely people - it is truly refreshing, thanks guys!

We used Schmidt to design and supply a new kitchen and fitted furniture in our bedrooms and study during a full refurbishment of our house. We are delighted by the results. There is not a thing We would change about the kitchen, which shows the attention to detail during the design process. We love using it everyday. The house looks polished and modern and we think it was good value for money for the service we received.

Schmidt couldn’t do enough to help us and really went the extra mile to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible, from the design phase onwards. They even ensured our children were entertained so we could spend time in the shop with the plans. This focus on customer service proved invaluable since our building project as a whole overran massively. Nonetheless, Schmidt adjusted and accommodate and ensured that we had everything exactly when needed, the managers even driving to collect and deliver parts themselves to help us out. The quality of materials is just as good as the slick but personable showroom experience promises and we truly felt we were making a good investment. Two years on, the building work is still not finished but the kitchen looks superb and has been an oasis of calm. We still pinch ourselves when we go in the room as the design and outcome have changed the way we live. Highly recommended; so glad we chose Schmidt over other local options.

Unfortunately, my experience was perhaps the worst experience I have had of renovations. Initially I was impressed by the service, however, once we moved onto the build stage things went from bad to worse. Hanisha had not designed the sink around the existing pipes, which later I found out is the first rule of kitchen design. Consequently, we had to re-design on the fly which cost around £600 extra in units. When the units were delivered, they were damaged and had to be returned and replaced, as we had already had the old kitchen removed, we were then told that we had to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a kitchen. We lived without ANY kitchen for nearly three months as when the re-delivery occurred the units were again damaged. In the end it took over three months for the kitchen to be done. When I asked for a discount or compensation, they pointed out in the small print that I have waived that right. Finally, the kitchen was complete and I decided I would rather have the extra unit space rather than a waste disposal unit - it was still in the box but I was told it was too late for the supplier to take it back. When I complained about this, they told me that I shouldn't have altered the design of the Kitchen - even though the design was only altered because of a mistake they made and had nothing to do with the waiting time to replace the damaged units. AWFUL STUFF!!! Please try to avoid if you can & a helpful tip is: try to find a kitchen supplier who can replace units within a shorter time frame if they arrive damaged.

Even a little something would have been a spoonful of sugar to help me feel better about a cacophony of disasters; this was adamantly refused and just added to my feeling that they really DID NOT CARE.

We selected a Schmidt kitchen as part of a renovation we were doing. Asam and Hanisha made everything from the design phase right through to the installation and after service such an easy process.
The quality of the kitchen is so far past our previous kitchen you can't even compare. As with all large projects there were a few teething issues, but they did everything possible to resolve these as quickly as they could with no complaints. Oh and don't even think about using someone else to fit your kitchen, the guys who did it on behalf of Schmidt were superb and even came up with creative ways to make the kitchen even better during fitting. If you are thinking about getting a new kitchen give Schmidt Epsom a go, you won't regret it.
