Truly superb! We had the most beautiful kitchen from Ashford and the team were helpful, thoughtful and patient as we worked through what we wanted. The fitting was perfect and 7 years on it looks as good as the day it was installed! Great quality. We've been back for fitted wardrobes and extra fitments now. Such nice people and excellent service.

Firstly - we love our Ashford kitchen!! The whole process from initial design to final sign-off was excellent. The design was great - lots of options and lots of advice. The final product is really high quality. Also, and really importantly, the service was excellent, we had to deal with some pretty tricky issues and the team at Ashford were always there to sort things out without any fuss. We always felt confident everything would be sorted - and it was! Would definitely recommend.

Ashford provided us a smooth and professional service from start to finish of our kitchen renovation. Sam’s design met the brief as soon as we saw the design, and Gareth’s team of fitters were efficient, effective and to schedule - the finished effect is just what we hoped for. Amy and Dan were communicative throughout, and supply issues were dealt with with minimal fuss, though I’m sure involved lots of additional work on their side. Thanks to the Ashford team for a fantastic job!

We adore our new kitchen. The Ashford team were outstanding beginning to end with exceptional customer service. We’ve enjoyed the process from our first visit to the showroom through to design and then fitting was as efficient as possible. Ashford worked very well with the builders doing prep work. They consider the details you don’t, the experience shows. Communication is exceptionally good. I appreciated that we didn’t have to project manage.

Our new kitchen is stunning. We get a “wow” from every visitor. Appliances are excellent. Most snagging requirements were picked up by them themselves and dealt with.

5 stars without question for: Service, Design, Value and Support what a Team. In our first meeting at Ashford Kitchen with Stephen Flower on Zoom we discussed our requirements and arranged for a home visit to survey the Kitchen.
When we discussed design, Carole and I instructed Stephen to Design a kitchen which would give the “Wow” factor when you walked into it and my word Stephen certainly delivered.
We were Blown away when we viewed the computer generated virtual design. The initial design was followed by two review meetings in the Showroom with Stephen when we finalised the design.
The NEFF appliances surpass anything we have previously installed in a kitchen, from the 5 pan induction hob with auto splash back to the 2 double ovens, we have everything.
As the project moved through the design process we were impressed, the costing process we were impressed, the delivery process and installation process we were impressed, finally the quality we were impressed.
Service was above and beyond, like any large project there are bound to be a few small issues and these were dealt with professionally and efficiently during the installation.
Without question I would not hesitate to recommend Ashford. We have spent our first days in our new “Dream” kitchen and wow we pinch ourselves.
Our old kitchen was 22 years senior and seemed small although it was big. Now the new kitchen is enormous and the use of space and design is unprecedented.
Don’t hesitate is my honest advice, ignore the rest and pick the ultimate Kitchen Designer.

We are delighted with our new kitchen. From the start Ashford Kitchens made the process easy guiding us though the design process and helping us to keep within our budget. The installation was efficient and carried out to an agreed timetable. A few small problems after installation were rectified quickly. All the people at Ashford Kitchens were helpful and worked together as a team to make our kitchen happen.

We just love our new kitchen and couldn't be happier with the journey we had with Ashford Kitchens. From design to the final details, fitting and after service, we could not fault them. Steve listened to what we wanted from the space and designed our absolute dream kitchen to work for our family. No question was too much and the team were great every step of the way. Our fitters, Tony and Gareth, were a pleasure to have in the house and worked so professionally and efficiently. The kitchen is beautiful quality and our Neff appliances are just amazing. We would 100% recommend Ashford kitchens to family and friends.

We received excellent service from our initial visit to your Farnham Common showroom (thanks Sam) follow-up visits to make design changes (too much choice!) to your final visit (with flowers) to see the finished project. Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Totally stress free.

Our kitchen fitters Gareth and Tony were punctual, professional, happy to answer our questions and incorporated additional works (remove the skirting, architrave etc. recommending a decorator). No mess left at the end of the day. We were kept up to date via What’s App on kitchen appliance deliveries and when the specialist traders where due.

High-quality kitchen units, fittings, and appliances. Any cupboard doors that needed replacing (3) due to scratches were immediately flagged upon installation and swapped out within a couple of days.

I highly recommend Ashford Kitchens. We love our new kitchen.
