Stunning kitchen showroom and gaggenau stockist, and very pleasant staff

We had high expectations following a really good design and discussion about what we wanted etc. We were happy with the costs and very happy to place the order. There was a slight delay in starting the install which we accepted but we are now entering the 8th month and we are still waiting for the install to be completed.

We have received endless promises and so far none have been met. We have experienced over six different installation teams and we have received a Bread Bin for our inconvenience!!!!

We have asked about compensation only to be ignored even though it was acknowledged at the start of the install about the additional costs we were incurring and that they would be repaid.

A real shame as the product is good, the design was good and our expectations were high. The kitchen looks good but we do not get the enjoyment out of our new kitchen because not only is it still not finished but the excitement of it all has been lost with the complete lack of service.

I assumed if I paid for a premium product i would automatically receive a premium service. Not so.

We had a B1 kitchen designed by Clint and fitted by the team. Quality product and ongoing service - super pleased! Always great to drop by the showroom and say hi - what a cool space.

We purchased our GAGGENAU appliances from Clint, the service and installation was excellent, will be returning.

Very helpful and informative even though I haven't bought a kitchen. Well worth a visit.
