After months of looking around at kitchen suppliers we finally decided on using Kitchen Design House.

Paul listened to all our requests and requirements and came up with a very good ,thoughtful and constructive ideas for the kitchen layout, his vast knowledge about appliances and the units were faultless.

The kitchen fitter showed confidence and exceptional workmanship and had an eye for detail, Paul always made himself available when needed to pop over or solve any queries that arose, nothing was to much trouble .His attention to detail is second to none.

The end result is superb, far exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to family and friends.

It's been a pleasure to work with KDH from start to finish. Paul managed to design a kitchen layout within the existing footprint that has provided us so much more usable space. The design coupled with the quality of the Kitchen units and appliances is one half, but to then have a no-hassle fit with Oz who was polite, always kept us informed (without bombarding us with questions), and made sure things were as clean at the end of the day as they could be. Needless to say, we are very happy with the result.

Bitterly disappointing - I do not have the kitchen I was promised, I have paid a considerable amount for my still unfinished kitchen (over 2 months since they started and I still have no worktop, no splashback, the hob isn't installed, no plinths, dishwasher finally connected today, still waiting for hinges, doors, back panel - the list goes on!). I would strongly caution you if you do decide to use this company - check every bit of small print, check every single thing they ask you to sign with a fine toothcomb. Be very very careful.

We are disappointed by the service received from KDH in Maidstone. We spent 25 k for a bespoke kitchen. First of all, the designer did not make the best recommendations in terms of handles and appliances. Secondly, the order arrived late and when it arrived there were a few mistakes with the measurements, we ordered some pieces for the second time and there were still mistakes. We had to wait for over 2 months to fix these. Moreover, the dishwasher and the internal bins were the incorrect model but we decided to keep them anyway, to avoid further delays.
The guy who built the kitchen was good but he apparently made some errors, which caused damages to some internal and external panels. We had to go back and forth with emails to try and re-order the pieces and have them re-placed, because in the meantime the guy who initially helped designing the space was no longer working there and the builder didn’t want to come to do the work due to some miscommunication with colleagues.
Overall I have found the service very unprofessional and although we like the design of the kitchen itself, we would have expected something better given the price.

Our kitchen renovation project was small but not compromised at all - many thanks to James at KDH who helped with designing and supplied all the appliances. He's polite, friendly, knowledgeable and responding quickly to email and calls. It has been an utter pleasure for the entire experience.

Also the prices of the appliances supplied are transparent and very competitive. We've already told our friend who is thinking of replacing their extractor hood to skip the entire price comparison process and contact KDH directly!

We have recently had a new Schuller kitchen installed by Kitchen Design House as part of a remodelling of our house, and it has been a great experience.
The design, installation, quality and finish is way beyond what we expected. The final kitchen layout and choice/finish of units is a real testament to the designers vision. The expert installation and excellent after sales service has been second to none, and the manufacturers attention to detail is just brilliant. We are very pleased.

From the brilliant design by the late Paul Harrison to the installation of an outstanding kitchen was quite a journey. We experienced some technical problems during the installation all of which were overcome by a dedicated team at KDH and in particular the skill and professionalism of the kitchen fitter Oz.
The design of the kitchen by Paul was quite different to what we had envisaged; drawers instead of cupboards, hob on the opposite side of the kitchen together with an integrated oven and oven microwave. We wanted to maximise the storage and open work top surface in a relatively small kitchen, the design provided everything we could have wished and more.

Paul and the team at KDH were brilliant from initially visiting the show room to the last day of fitting! We had many consolations in regards to layout and style and nothing was to much trouble as they wanted up to be happy with the final product,
