Stonehouse Furniture - Bespoke Kitchens Showroom

From our first meeting with Gareth, we knew we wanted to use Stonehouse Furniture for our new kitchen, and we're so pleased we did. We valued his ethos and approach from that very first meeting, and were delighted to find that every member of his team who we worked with, from the project manager through to the kitchen fitter and then the finisher, all supported his vision and all delivered what he said they would. Their pre-sales service is fully matched by their post-sales service, and the quality of our finished kitchen is exactly what we hoped for. We have a beautiful kitchen and are delighted with our choice.

This is the 2nd time we have bought a kitchen from Stonehouse. We bought the Richmond Shaker style in around 2015/16 which is a timeless style. We ordered exactly the same units and worktops in exactly the same colour for our new house but with a totally different design to match the layout.

The team was great from start to finish from design (with loads of suggestions which we took on board), to installation and aftercare. The kitchen fitter was the best we have seen and all our other tradespeople commented on his skill level and going the extra mile to make sure we and he were happy with it. He also made great suggestions in addition to the initial drawings to ensure that everything Felt natural and right before he signed off the job. This was much appreciated.

For a bespoke handmade kitchen it really isn’t much more than the off-the-shelf high street retailers and the quality is far superior.

The whole process was great and we would strongly recommend Stonehouse to everyone.

We are genuinely delighted with our stonehouse kitchen. From the moment we first entered the showroom to the continued support for our kitchen a year later, we have had our expectations exceeded. Firstly there are no costs until you are ready to sign, unlike some business models offered by other suppliers, Their designs are varied, bespoke and excellent quantity.
Julian designed a superb kitchen and truly listened to our requirements. Gareth visited mid build and engaged our main contractor directly whilst measuring the space. Mike spent hours with me detailing the technical design and final spec. Wes the installer is an absolute machine with a real eye for detail and Kev provided the best finish possible. All gentlemen, respectful, helpful and delivered what they promised.
It’s not free, nor cheap, however compared to virtually every comparable kitchen we’ve ever been in, ours is the best!

Gareth and the entire team have been a pleasure to work with. Throughout the design phase they were truly engaging and took time to understand our requirements whilst providing advice and direction to guarantee the right outcome. These behaviours remained during the installation to ensure it was smooth and any onsite challenges were resolved quickly and without issue. The after care though has been exemplary! Throughout the whole process Gareth, Wes, Kev and the wider team have kept in touch and truly made any issue/challenge a true non-issue.

This was our first experiencing using Stonehouse and we have nothing but positive feedback. Gareth and Natasha created an excellent design to fit our needs and the execution from the fitters and painters was excellent and the product itself is up there with all the other bespoke joinery and big name fitters we met with. It was no issue when we added additional joinery in living room alcove cupboards and under-stair storage and it was the same execution and quality in those items as the kitchen. Would fully recommend stonehouse not just for the kitchen itself but the overall experience working with Gareth and the stonehouse team.

So happy with our Stonehouse kitchen! Cannot really put a price on the peace of mind these guys gave us during a stressful renovation,when we had so much else going on. We were able to totally rely on their first class expertise and care. We chose the standard 'Shaker' kitchen and the finished product is beautiful. Special thanks to pretty much everyone - from Gareth in the showroom, Julian who put the design together and James and Mike who brought it all together. Not forgetting Kevin the painter! These guys really care that you are happy with your kitchen and go the extra mile :) Worth the little bit extra you might pay for a 'standard' kitchen without any doubt!

Just finished renovating a Cotswold House, and initially used Stonehouse for the Kitchen - which was exceptional standard of finish and service throughout. As such, we then proceeded to use them for utility (with dog shower!), Media Wall, cloakroom, and stunning dressing room! I couldn't recommended them highly enough!!

We are thrilled with our new Stonehouse kitchen, the service provided by Gareth and his team was excellent throughout. Gareth was incredibly helpful in rescheduling the fitting when we had delays with our building work and really helped reduce our stress in this regard. The attention to detail and craftsmanship shown by the all the fitters but in particular Ben was hugely appreciated especially as our house isn't blessed with a single straight wall! The team were a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
