Acqua Kitchens - Surbiton

Thanks to the guys at the Surbiton branch, especially Owais. The whole process was smooth, from advice, design, choosing appliances, ordering, delivery and then helping us through the fitting process. Their after-sales customer service was excellent; we could not fault it, even being supported with a personal home visit from their other branch for support as we were having it fitted by our own builders. We love the grey/white combination which we would not have considered and the design just makes our new extension look fabulous, it has exceeded our expectations. Friends and family have made some great comments, and where Acqua Kitchens was recommended to us by friends after seeing their kitchen, we would also highly recommend them to others.

We chose Acqua Kitchens after having spent considerable time researching our options and the whole experience lived fully up to our expectations.

We are very happy with our kitchen from Acqua Kitchens. We almost sourced our kitchen from Alno, but the one we ended up with from Acqua was both cheaper and nicer. Zach was very helpful throughout, especially when we had issues with our builder. Would definitely recommend them.

Great experience! Recently purchased a kitchen from Aqua. Owais Ali was fantastic. He made the daunting task of buying a kitchen easy. He ensured we got the best out of our budget with regards to esthetics, worktops and kitchen tech. Owais continued providing updates and support after the sale, to kitchen delivery and post installation. The kitchen looks beautiful, is well crafted and we have had really good feedback. Our builders have said it's one of the best kitchen designs they have seen. Would highly recommend Aqua and their kitchens.

Good selection found and selected BUT when it came to installation I got the 3rd grade team who excavated my floor last year, never patched it. I have a non functional sink waste disposal which Acqua haven't fixed despite it failing within six months, scratched surfaces around my oven from a botched installation of the oven again which Acqua have chosen not to fix.

I could mention the installation of a wall extension at not 90 degrees which again Acqua have chosen not to remidee.

Very nice people to deal with but that goes after they have a deposit and in my experience almost completely gone when they have been paid and installation has been done to their satisfaction.

I could go on but won't as it has been over a year since purchase and payment and the kitchen area has only been ~80% done correctly so the 1* is quite justified in my opinion.

Dealing with Owais and Aqua was just a delight our first association with them was to supply two kitchens for two new houses we built as a project.

All of that was meticulously planned and executed by Owais and his team, and there was not a single technical hitch. Aqua supplied only but everything turned up as was ordered easily labelled so our builders could fit.

Based on this excellent experience, when we came to refit our own kitchen, we naturally went back to Owais, this time to supply and fit.

And once again, an exceptional experience from start to finish. What was particularly remarkable about dealing with Owais, were his knowledge and patience. We deliberated and changed our ideas numerous times during the selection process and he was helpful, directional, patient and never once sought to hurry us.

Julian and Hristiyan who fitted were just a delight to have around and to see their expertise and attention to detail in action.

Owes was "on" the project right until the very last moment. The quality of their kitchen and value for money are exceptional. It was a very easy task to part with our money working with Owais and his people.

It has been an absolute pleasure using Acqua Kitchens for our new kitchen. They have been absolutely brilliant in terms of advice and support throughout the entire process. Very happy with our new kitchen. Owais was very helpful in the planning stages and Liam and his team were efficient and pleasant to have in the home. They completed the job quickly so we could start using it and then came and finished as soon as all the items turned up. The design works for our disabilities and although small it has everything we need. Highly recommend Acqua kitchens.
