When we were looking at getting a new kitchen we saw Jamie at Dixon & Grey kitchens for some ideas. He was fantastic showing us all the different options styles we could go for giving his expert opinion where needed. When we finally decided what we wanted Jamie was on the ball every step of the way giving us great communication and recommended a fantastic fitter. Jamie not only kept good communication throughout the fitting process to make sure it was all going to plan but continued after fit for any niggles we had. We had seen Dixon & Grey Kitchens in Nailsworth many times walking past and thought how lovely it looked, we decided to go in and have a chat with Jamie and we are so glad we did, he listened and understood everything we needed from our kitchen, he came out and measured up, went back and put a plan together, I remember mentioning a specific part I would love to have in my kitchen and there it was in the plan. We went through lots of options for doors , worktops etc and adding a few cheeky extras , nothing was too much trouble. Jamie makes this process not only stress free but an enjoyable experience from start to finish. He is hands on throughout the process ensuring an outstanding finished product. The quality of the kitchens is amazing and at an affordable price ( comparable to most of the usual known high street brands but a better quality )

We had Dean who is the main installations crew and nothing was too much trouble for him, we left him to it and went to work knowing our install was in the best hands. His expert project management enabled the entire sourcing and installation process to run smoothly and to time. The fitters and trades people he engaged were excellent. We were delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend the company.

Excellent from start to finish.The design,home survey and final offering was exactly what I wanted and the choices of products recommended by Jamie were knowledgeable and well chosen.The fitting was carried out with clockwork precision,they were always punctual polite and hardworking.Any small changes or issues were dealt with personally by Jamie who was always prompt and businesslike in his replies to queries.
Finally the overall price offered excellent value for money as I was quoted considerably more for basically the same result.
I would without hesitation recommend this firm for those who want personal efficient service.

We had a kitchen designed and installed by Dixon & Grey recently. We are thrilled with the result. Jamie is very professional, listens to your ideas and comes up with stunning designs whilst working to your budget. Dean the fitter and his apprentice are also superb, our new kitchen and utility was fitted in four days with no fuss and hardly any mess!! Can't recommend highly enough.

This was our first ever new Kitchen investment, so trawled the usual "TV advertised" big showroom brand kitchen suppliers and had a good idea of what we could achieve with our budget and were prepared to go down that route.
However, we were recommended to go and see Jamie at Dixon & Grey who has a beautiful showroom right in the High Street in Nailsworth and as I expect most people working to budget would, we assumed quite wrongly that their quality kitchens would be beyond our budget. They weren't.
What we got instead was to meet the owner Jamie who was just a delight to talk to and made the whole experience really quite enjoyable. It was clear right from the start that Jamies' main objective was that all of our expectations in regards to design, quality and price were met. His agenda was totally ours.
What we appreciated mostly was that we had one point contact throughout who had the authority experience and good manners to make decisions in our favour and guide us through what actually is quite a daunting experience.
Jamie is very well connected so would often recommend other suppliers to source products that he either couldn't supply or were out of our budget which is another example of him working for our needs and not his own.
So happy were we with Jamies' service, we also asked him to provide all of our appliances which we are going to source ourselves but the difference in price was negligible and he took away all the worry of timings, storage and logistics
With regards to the actual Installation Jamie introduced us to a local tradesman Dean Gore, who visited our home prior to the install date and just made us feel at ease right away. He clearly had a can do attitude and we were not disappointed when it came to start the installation. The quality of workmanship, good humour at our constant pickiness and speed of work was extremely impressive. Dean was in our home for 5 x days and you need to get on with someone for that length of time. And we did.
Jamie visited site nearly every other day and was there with us on completion.

We got a dedicated Project Manager who with Dean, made the whole experience far more tolerable than it could have been.
I would absolutely recommend a visit to Jamie at his showroom in Nailsworth.

We purchased a new kitchen through Dixon&Grey earlier this year and it was installed in September. All aspects of the project ran smoothly thanks to Jamie who made sure he listened to what we required and guided us in choosing the right kitchen. The kitchen is of a very good quality and very competitive in price compared to some of the major suppliers, plus the service is so much better. It was fitted by Jamie’s preferred local fitter and delivered on time and within the agreed budget. Highly recommended - give Dixon & Grey a try if you’re thinking about upgrading your kitchen!
