Howdens – Welwyn

Great service, prompt and friendly. Very happy with our new kitchen, we'll definitely use them again. Excellent value for money too.

This is the second time that I have been used Howdens for a fitted kitchen.
I used them once again, and in my view, their units are well made, and good value. They are a trade place, so only your kitchen fitter /firm can order the units

They said will do a price as other howdends branch as we showed invoice with price before purchase and they confirmed will do a same price! However they did they own price 3x times more expensive and after don't wanna correct even if they made mistake (as we asked the price before purchase) so in the end we need to return items and drive 1h because they said one thing and did another thing.
Very unhappy and very disappointed as other howdens branch is relly nice and polite. Shame to this branch please be very careful with this branch as they say one thing and do another thing... Just a waste of time.....

After writing a poor review for a poor fist contact, I would like to say that Claire at Welwyn Garden City excelled herself when my wife and I visited today. She spent time answering our questions, making suggestions & designing a new kitchen for us & showing us a number of example's, making feel at ease. Thank you.

The whole experience with Howdens Welwyn, from start to finish has been exceptional. We mainly dealt with Callie who was brilliant. Callie, Claire and Pat, and all of the team downstairs have been so helpful and accommodating. From us changing our minds on a regular basis, needing extra flooring at extremely short notice, to wanting to change the oven we had chosen after it had been installed, nothing was too much trouble. They were so efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly every time we called, emailed and turned up in store.
The customer service has far surpassed our expectations and has made this stressful journey of having an extension done so much nicer for us. Thank you very much Callie, we will definitely be recommending you to any friends and family.

the staff are all helpful and friendly. They are efficient and and know 99% of my questions - some that are ask are not the usual ones at times but they still get me the right answer. i have order several kitchens from them and i am about to order another with confidence.
