Binopolis

Simple process dealing with Binopolis, few issues regarding delivery but that was mostly with the couriers trying to find a new postcode with which they struggled. However, both Jane and Robert were in constant contact (even at the weekend) to try and resolve the situation which they did successfully before I headed off on holiday. Decent and attentive customer service with a personal touch which was most appreciated. Will use them again and found their service approach highly commendable.

Delivery was extremely quick & the advice I received when choosing my bin was invaluable. Absolutely delighted with my simplehuman bin.

The whole experience with Binopolis has been great from start to finish. Robert gave me great advice over the phone, the bins arrived promptly, they are great, and he's just sent me a copy invoice after I lost the first, on a Saturday, within minutes of me emailing! Great company - thoroughly recommend.

Very impressed with the customer service of this company. The bin I bought was despatched very quickly. I was told when it would arrive and even though there was a slight problem with the lid of the bin when it arrived (probably down to the delivery company), they called me directly and issued a replacement lid with no issues at all. I would thoroughly recommend them

Best customer service ever! The product was delivered instantly (we ordered at 4 ok and had the product the next day) unfortunately a part was damaged. I contacted the customer service, I had a response within an hour, they sent out a replacement for the broken part immediately, kept me updated about the delivery and I had a replacement part 2 days later. They even apologised it wasn’t earlier! I’m more than just a little impressed!

Jane at Binopolis was very helpful with my return as unfortunately I’d purchased the wrong bin for our requirements. She also helped me find the right bin for our kitchen which saved a lot of time. Highly recommended bin company.
