The staff members here are all amazing, especially Monique who is helping us with our kitchen. I cannot recommend highly enough the level of expertise, advice, patience, help and general customer service we have received on our kitchen journey.

I have been using the Faygate depot since they opened last year and I have to say that the service I receive is always fantastic. Laila and Natalie are always so cheerful and more than happy to help whenever I call up or pop in to grab some stock. Whenever I have had any issues, the manager James is always on hand to solve it. Even Daryl the main man in the warehouse is a great asset to the team and always willing to go the extra mile by loading the van or checking for damages etc. Also, great designs from Monique and in-store appointments for my customers really helps with my brand and helps me achieve a level of service within my business that I wouldn't be able to offer without Howdens.

Staff are amazing! Very helpful, polite and pretty much always have the stock I need!

Howdens faygate is great really friendly staff and as it is a small branch I have never had to wait to be served normally have what I want if not it's a day or two highly recommended and the banter is great too
