Howdens – Selby

I had excellent service,beatiful products.i had to change something near completion,no hassle changed it for me,thank you Howdens selby,job well done. Big thank you to nathaniel reeson joinery and builder,superb job done.very happy customer.

We contacted our local Howden's branch in Selby, as we were looking for a new kitchen. Initial response time was fast, from point of enquiry, to sending out a representative, it was efficient and professional. During the visit to measure, we explained our requirements, provided examples and explained that we would have the funds available to secure an order by the end of October. Their representative noted that there was a sale on and that given our desire to move quickly, would ensure that we got into their showroom for a demo and to discuss the designs.

Unfortunately, this is where all communication ran dry. Our neighbours also contacted Howdens Selby and told us that they are waiting for 5 months for them to get back to them with a design, so I'm guessing at nearly 1 month of still waiting for a reply, I shouldn't have any hopes of a response any time soon.

Disappointing really. We tried to support local, being local to the branch, but with other companies quite happy to give us the attention we deserve and take our money, we're spoiled for options.

Only used the selby branch once but the service was as top quality as other depots. Only down side, a chew on to find out you have never been before

Excellent service they are the best

Great service, pre ordered so my materials were ready by the collection door.
Good set up for Covid precautions, screens, sanitizer and 2mt space markers.
