Ordered our kitchen from WREN Preston. Very knowledgeable salesperson Chelsea planned our kitchen 3 times (WE changed our mind twice).
Arrived on time, installed it myself.
Effortless from initial planning to delivery.
Install went brilliantly, especially as WREN have tutorials for anything you struggle with on You-Tube.
Would strongly recommend WREN for your next kitchen.
A couple of minor blemishes on 3 door fronts, I just completed the defect form with photos, sent it off and doors were with me within a few days.

Over the years I've installed hundreds of kitchens, supplied by many different companies. This week I have fit a wren kitchen. I was very impressed. The design, quality and attention to detail was fantastic. I normally experience designs that don't fit in the room, wrong parts delivered, bits missing but not this time.

From start to finish our experience with wren has been nothing but brilliant! Rae our designer knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn’t! The delivery team were superb stacking everything into a relatively small space neatly and carefully. Our installation team MAG joinery were so professional and friendly, they tidied after themselves and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend!

Our whole experience with Wren Kitchens has been excellent from start to finish. The designer took on board all our requirements and outlined the various options available to us, and also clearly had our best interests at heart. We were able to specify our delivery date and the detailed installation plan covered everything we needed to help us install it. Delivery was on time and the team were respectful of our property. Communication with Wren throughout was excellent. The kitchen units come ready assembled which is a bonus too. The quality of the units is high and now it’s installed looks absolutely great. Really impressed with the company and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

**Review update **

We have lived with the installed kitchen for about 4 months now so thought an update was in order. We have had no issues with anything at all since we installed it. Units, appliances etc look as good as the day they were installed and nothing has broken, or malfunctioned or caused us any issues at all. Everything is obviously well designed and manufactured to a very high standard. As a result we can thoroughly recommend Wren for your kitchens.

Friendly sales staff. Delivered on time. Nice price. Nice hydraulic hinges.... But.... when it arrived, many parts and instructions missing and unclear. Some of their videos helped but still missing certain aspects. Getting through to customer services was a very long wait each time. The first call was rather rude and questioned my ability to check the stock, but the others were okay. Never an apology, only a thank you and enjoy the rest of your day. Chose them for the price, so you get what you pay for. It ended up okay in the end but there was pain involved 😁 🤣

Con artists do not buy from wren add hidden costs which are not explained when accepting estimated quotes. Then refuse to repay deposits. Say it will take 5 to 10 working days. Avoid at all costs
