Alexander Kitchens

We are very pleased with our new kitchen installed by Alexander within our new extension. The customer service provided was excellent and the design and installation teams were very flexible and accommodating, working closely with us throughout. Would recommend.

I just wanted to say how delighted I am with my new kitchen, it is both practical and beautiful and a pleasure to be in. Our project was not straightforward as it involved moving the kitchen to another room but Alexanders handled it proffesionally , communicating well at all times and dealing with any problems that arose efficiently.
A special mention to all the team involved who were friendly and conscientious and all work was completed to a high standard.

We visited a couple of other kitchen showrooms and it was clear they had no idea what we wanted. George listened to us, asked questions about our vision and how we wanted the whole area to work. It was quite a big project. We had two walls knocked down to make one large kitchen/dining area at the back of the house. George’s design was pretty spot on and he came up with was more or less exactly how we had envisaged the area looking. The work commenced in July and yes there was a lot of mess, dust and disruption but was it worth it. YES it was! A couple of frustrations towards the end with getting some work finished but in all the project went well. All the installers were very professional and friendly and turned up when scheduled. The work was finished in November and we are very pleased with it and how functional and practical the space now is. Thank you to everyone involved. Would we recommend Alexander Kitchens – YES

Alexander Kitchens are very professional in all aspects.
From the design to the installation. We were very impressed with their showroom people, definitely no pushy salesmen there.
We were kept informed, during the installation by Teresa who was always very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her.
The installation team were very good and informed us of their progress and timescale as they went.
We are very pleased with the final result and would thoroughly recommend them.

New bathroom and cloakroom
Having just moved house and being new to the area I chose a local company who could provide an all-in service to design, supply and install a new bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.

There was a set back due to problem with suitability of basin caused by incompatibility of space available and what I wanted/needed but with discussion and trying different options it was eventually sorted out to my satisfaction.

Each and every one of the team of contractors were all really pleasant and their craftsmanship is second to none. It's always a bit difficult having workmen in the house for any length of time but they made it as easy and unobtrusive as possible. The office staff were also very pleasant to deal with.

After a prolonged project entirely due to the basin problem I now have a bathroom and cloakroom to be proud of.

From the initial kitchen planning right through to installation and completion of new kitchen, the work was carried out in a very friendly and efficient manner. We were kept well informed throughout the installation and are delighted with the final result.

We cannot praise Alexander and Masterfit enough for their professionalism, attention to detail and quality of workmanship.

With Georges expertise and guidance, he was able to navigate the murky and indecisive ideas we had in mind and design our dream kitchen and all the while remaining within budget. No request was too small and he was always very prompt with replies to any of our questions.

The Masterfit installation team were incredibly polite, tidy and helpful. Furthermore, the added courtesy call from Teresa at the end of every week really made us feel looked after.

With the designers and fitters as one team (especially during COVID times), the stress of remodelling was taken out of the equation and the entire process was just seamless and exciting.

The entire team is a credit to your company and we would have absolutely no hesitation with using Alexander again in future or recommending them to any friends or family.
