Magnet Kitchens

Nice kitchens but shocking service, they sell a comprehensive service with follow up after installation but as soon as you've paid they couldn't care less. There were hidden costs with the fitter which we questioned and had reduced but wonder how many people just pay and we're still waiting for our quality check visit three months after installation!

My rating with them would be a minus if i could do it. An absolutely disgraceful service, disrespectful to their customers, no time for customers either John Komba-Kono never returns calls even after leaving 3 messages. unit missing from delivery then they have the cheek to say it was delivered when it was clearly missing. then then say are doing me a favour by trying to deliver another day when i need to be at work when i have already taken a day off for the initial deliver. damaged cupboard. in the end fitter had to go and collect missing unit and get damage unit replaced. complaint made to Manager Shaun who apologises for abysmal service from John and now after calling twice the manager has even failed to return my call. Clearly manager no better than the staff. have written 4 page complaint letter to the company. will take this to the ombudsman if i don't get a satisfactory conclusion.

Whilst still a good quality product the service from this particular branch has been well below the expectations of the brand. Unresponsive and lacking customer focus on critical elements of work.

A good big shop with a fair amount on display. I found the man a little over helpful and to the point I couldn't finish my sentence, I had to keep stopping and eventually I asked him to listen. He didn't understand my kitchen is made up of breakfast bar counter tops, but once I was able to explain he was very helpful.
I have to say buying kitchens is not my favourite thing but if I have to do it then this is a good a place as any to have a look for ideas.

The products are fab and they have a great selection. However the service received fell far below that I experienced at Wren.
Was there for almost 3 hours on an extremely cold and wet morning and didn't get offered a hot drink or any drink for that matter.
I felt I'd built a nice rapport with Steph the designer but her quote was outrageously high (almost 2.5x Wren's quote!) When I emailed her to thank her for her time but saying I'd not use Magnet as her quote was far more than I wanted to spend, she never even responded to say OK was nice chatting or whatnot.
Such a shame as they'd been recommended by my builder and even he said the quote was insane and he deals with them regularly so not quite sure what happened here 🤷‍♀️

A very professional company from the design to the delivery of our new kitchen. From having no preconceived ideas Mahesh at the Hedge End branch designed the perfect kitchen for us. The quality of everything is second to none.

Poor experience even as a trade member - no one available to help on kitchen quote, when they were it took a while to get over a simple quote on a 6 unit kitchen. Would recommend looking elsewhere
