Kutchenhaus Farnborough

We first visited the Farnborough store in 2016, when we saw a design in the window that we liked. We were in the middle of refurbishing our whole house so explained to Jade that although we were interested in one of the kitchens we would not be in a position to place an order for at least a year. Despite this, Jade took the time to show us the various designs and quality of the product. We were so impressed with this that we continued working with Jade and eventually ordered our kitchen in 2018. The quality of the kitchen units far out weighed all others that we had looked at and the service we were given by Jade was excellent. We now have the kitchen of our dreams.

I absolutely love our new kitchen! The entire process was seamless. From start to finish we had our dream kitchen designed by Jade and our visions brought to life!

Nothing was ever to much to ask, I felt their customer service was exceptional and extremely friendly. We had visited many other kitchen companies and felt Jade @ Kutchenhaus Farnborough really made the effort to sit down with us for many hours and ensure our kitchen was just perfect.

We bought our very contemporary styled kitchen from Kutchenhaus Farnborough after a chance passing of their showroom. Our designer Jade Eaton was exceptional, very talented in her product knowledge and design prowess. We spent many hours changing the design as our extension was being built, and nothing was too much trouble. Even our children were happy watching DVDs in a little in store cinema.
Despite the 14 weeks delivery we were delighted when our kitchen arrived all present and correct. Our builder installed it with a few days and it looks identical to the rendered image we were given, if not better. Friends say it’s “magnificent” and we tend to agree.

Mel and Jade have been fantastic in supporting our decision on a new Kitchen design. Mel had lots of innovative ideas aligned to our concept and helped refine our plans. We never felt rushed and left feeling happy we had finally met somebody who wanted to help us. Jade's design when it arrived was exciting and really brought our vision to life. Throughout the process both Jade and Mel have been friendly, courteous and informed. Highly recommend a visit to the showroom and a design appointment.

I would really like to thank Kutchenhaus and especially the person I dealt with at the Farnborough store. From the day we walked into the store she was extremely professional and very helpful. She gave us excellent advice on the new kitchen project we were about to undertake. Her design of the kitchen was perfect as it was quite challenging but she come up with the goods. The kitchen itself was of high quality and when it was finished it had a look of high quality. The after sale I must say was very good and emails were replied to promptly. I would definitely recommend as we did look at the competition but by far Kutchenhaus were far superior for a similar price.

We are absolutely delighted with our brand new kitchen. The quality and design is perfect. Jade helped us design the kitchen of our dreams and all the staff are absolutely helpful right from the first meeting through to after sales. Maria is so helpful and always happy to help. Highly recommended; on looking at buying a new kitchen, I went to the more well known companies around Farnborough and found the designs suggested to me as rather dull and to be frank, bog standard. I'd moved from a Victorian house to a modern house and wanted something a little more unique. I'd walked past Kutchenhaus a few times and had dismissed it because I thought their products would be out of my price range. Eventually, having been consistently disappointed with the other companies, I went in and had a look at their range. I loved the kitchens displayed and when one of the designers spoke with me, he assured me he could create a kitchen to my budget, so I made an appointment. I loved the variety of everything, from worktops to handles. The designer threw some ideas at me and we started to whittle down my preferences. This was followed by a long visit to my home where the room was measured and more suggestions were made, all very creative and he considered how I would use the kitchen and that I wanted something unique. I had two more long consultations in the showroom and eventually came up with the design which was then rendered into a series of lovely (and it turns out, very accurate) graphic images. I eventually spent a few thousand more in order to get a few extra features. I'm really pleased with my kitchen and this is my motivation to write this review. It's a kitchen for my taste and my way of living. I appreciate there have been some issues for other customers with the long wait time for installation and mine was set back a few times, but it really was worth the wait. Additionally I would also like to say that the fitters, Steve and Stuart (Stooby, as I liked to call him) were brilliant. They fixed random problems with my plumbing (!) and plaster work and I was not charged any extra. There were a few other minor problems, one with a microwave that didn't work, a joint in the worktop, and a missing handle. These were all sorted out to my satisfaction and the follow up conversations with Jade, Natasha and Maria were excellent and I thought their customer commitment was excellent. I am confident enough in their service and products to continue to recommend this company.

We looked at 12 kitchen companies (high street names, builder brands, niche kitchen suppliers & German kitchen brands) to help design, supply & fit a new large kitchen.

We chose Kütchenhaus as they had a fabulous showroom, great kitchen choices from Nobilia, excellent design ideas that were rapidly turned around, non pushy sales approach, very experienced designer, no never ending sales gimmick offers, used a consistent installer vs random subcontractor, could help with all the extra works we needed, offered interest free options, offered a final completion payment & ultimately gave us the most flexible package. Compared to the other 11 companies, Kütchenhaus were in the middle price point of the high & low end quotes we received but delivered a high end kitchen of superb quality.

Other kitchen suppliers we evaluated were not flexible in payment terms, couldn’t offer a proven fitter, were pushy & sometimes rude, lacked experience in design & installation, would NOT share designs which is crazy spending this much money, couldn’t offer a complete package & didn’t fully listen to our requirements.

Kütchenhaus in Farnborough exceeded all our expectations being totally helpful & flexible throughout the entire process delivering an incredible dream kitchen.

We would have no hesitation recommending Peter & Parita at Kütchenhaus Farnborough & their dedicated installer Ady who was the best contractor we have ever had at our house. Having had many previous bad experiences with other random sub contractors this was a breath of fresh air & a reminder that there are good guys still out there. It is very evident when you deal with this team that they have decades of experience between them.

Any minor issues we had were dealt with effectively & efficiently with excellent communications.
