Granite Transformations Cheltenham

They did our bathroom. It looks amazing, so clean and minimal. I can't believe its the same room! The workman were amazing really skilled efficient and polite and the quality of the finish is superb.

Not very good customer service. We had a Kitchen fitted and at first very happy with the quality and service. However shortly after the kitchen had been installed we started to experience issues with the kitchen cabinet doors. over the Christmas period the dishwasher integral door wouldn't open. We connected the office several times and was advised we would receive a call back. After never receiving a call we made a complaint to the branch and was advised "we have done all we can and passed your number to our fitter to call you back", not very good customer care. We finally received a call from the fitter two days later and he informed he would be with us at 7pm the next day. The fitter never turned up and we have still had no contact or response to many calls made.

I have complained to the group head office, hopefully they will help. It is a real shame that they have a great product but after care has really let them down. We wouldn't use again or recommend as in our view the quality of a company is one who is happy to stick to there word and fix any issues...

Customer aftercare???

Really disappointed, great showroom experience, then came round to discuss designs, them nothing. Chased in excess of five times over a four week period and nothing. Wasted our time and very poor service so going elsewhere and starting the process again.

My kitchen was long over due a re haul and after looking around I came across Granite Transformations and I could not be happier that I did. I went into the branch they have in Cheltenham and the very polite lady there explained what it is they do and I ended up booking an appointment.

A salesman then came to my house to measure the kitchen and showed me the colour options I could have. Shortly after I was booked in and my kitchen was installed. It was all done in a couple of days and now my kitchen looks fantastic. The Service and product is top class and I would recommend any one who is looking to update their kitchen to go see them.

The product is excellent and has completely transformed our kitchen and utility room. I had an issue with repairing a minor fault with a sink, but after raising the issue, Matthew, the owner came to see me at home to discuss and resolve the issue. We discussed the need for really strong customer service and i was happy with the resolution plan. The fitter was friendly and did an excellent job.

The overall process was generally well executed;
•The initial visit to discuss options, timings and price.
•The secondary survey visit to capture specification requirements.
•The installation, only marred by a fitting that had been built to the wrong size. This was overcome on the day by quick thinking and action resulting in a minor compromise to the finish that I agreed to.

The day after the installation I noticed a small, but obvious yellow smear on our white work surface. This looks like a curry stain, and had not been noticed at the time of completion. My initial reaction was to check that this was a product quality imperfection and not a problem with the “non-porous” product.

I contacted the Cheltenham office, and was informed that my issue would be relayed to a technician, who would call me to discuss (I also e-mailed a photo). No-one called me back, so I made a follow up call and sent another email. Still, no one called me. I then went to the local showroom at Congresbury and relayed my issue to the sales-person on site, she also said that she would pass on the details. Five weeks after the installation and still no contact!

The reason for a lower score is primarily due to the non-existent after sales service that I would have expected for such a high ticket product. My expectations have not been met - something that could have been easily avoided by someone at Granite Transformations taking just 5 minutes to contact me.

They never got back to me with a quote. I had them round twice and even went to the showroom to ask if they could send me the quote for the kitchen worktop and cupboards and the study worktop and made sure they had my correct email. Never heard anything back not even a phone call. Not even open on a Monday three days before a lockdown. when you'd think they could be open.!! Go elsewhere

Really pleased with my new worktops and splashbacks. My kitchen looks so modern and it was no hassle at all. Great service, carried out in the timeframe quoted. I would definitely recommend to others. There was a chip underneath the cupboard and they came back and fixed it within the week with no fuss. Really impressed with the after service too.
