The Kitchen Depot, Cheltenham

Thank you to Chris, Kat and especially to Charlotte for helping us to create our superb kitchen. From our first visit to their showroom to the final signoff, nothing was too much trouble and Charlotte supported and guided us along the way with the myriad of decisions needed for a new kitchen. Like any project there were a few challenges to overcome, but Charlotte was always on hand to sort them out without fuss or drama. Great communication throughout and we are thrilled with our new kitchen. We would highly recommend the personal and friendly service offered by the whole team at Kitchen Depot. I can't speak highly enough about the magnificent customer service you receive from the kitchen depot in Cheltenham. As you know it a massive thing to redo your kitchen and it doesn't help when your like me and I kept changing my mind. I sort of had some idea what I wanted but what's in my head and what I could actually have to my size kitchen is two different things. But with the help of kat my designer and the team I got my dream kitchen it's better than I could have wished for. From the very beginning to the end the service was excellent from the designer,kitchen fitters great communication within the whole team nothing was to much trouble couple of things came up but was resolved very quickly . What I really like is the personal service you get they really treat you like family and they make you feel really comfortable and no hard sell its really what works for you.

The Kitchen Depot proved to be a great choice for us. We have been renovating a house whilst living away and managing the project has had its challenges. In regards to the new kitchen, Charlotte and Chris at the Cheltenham shop have both been brilliant. Charlotte was our main point of contact and project managed us through the design and equipment selection stages really well. Then on to ordering and arranging the necessary ancillary works (electricals, plumbing and worktops) which all went smoothly. Chris got involved if Charlotte was absent and made sure everything remained on schedule and to plan. The result is fantastic and the friendly, enthusiastic and experienced support from The Kitchen Depot team is what made it all possible.

Charlotte was extremely friendly and helpful right from the start. She took our ideas and moulded them to design us the perfect kitchen! While respecting our views and ideas, she gently suggested some ideas we would never have thought to improve our design. The cabinets themselves look fantastic now that they are in place and we are so pleased that our bold colour choices have worked together really well. The job has taken a lot longer than estimated, but it will be worth the wait to get everything perfect!

From start to finish, we had every need catered to and her eye for design gave us things we didn't know we needed! The 3D modelling renders in store meant we could visualise every single detail & Charlotte happily tried things out in our virtual space so we could be confident in our final design. From the first chat to several reviews & the final signoff Charlotte made sure we had the dream kitchen (including a bespoke wood breakfast bar!). We couldn't be happier with the finished result!
