KBC were very helpful and, importantly to me, flexible with our bathroom renovation, providing the majority of materials but allowing us to choose some non-standard tiles. The work was completed to a high standard (Craig, the fitter, was polite, conscientious and a very hard worker! Also great with our kids, and a non smoker for those to whom this is important) and at a price half of other quotes I was given. Unexpected issues - eg when a whole wall of very old plaster fell off - were dealt with at a very reasonable additional cost. Jamie, the owner, checked in regularly to ask how the work was going which was very reassuring. They also resolved a post installation issue efficiently and without quibble.

Just had my bathroom completely re-fitted,new tiles up to the ceiling, new bath with shower, and new toilet and tiled floors throughout,was very stressed before the work commenced because I have had tradesmen before so was a little worried. I can honestly say that Karel and his team of tradesmen were faultless, their work was very professional, they left no mess the workmanship was faultless, and I tried in vane to find a fault but I failed,100% happy with their work and would highly recommend KBCLTD

We recently used KBC to fit a new bathroom for us. Mark at the Woodloes Warwick branch was very helpful in his suggestions for the design. Our fitter Louis and his team were very organised and tidy, completing our fitting in 4 days. We are very pleased with the quality of work and love our new bathroom.

Used KBCL to remodel and fit a bathroom for ,me. The whole job from my initial to the shop, to Johs's visit and design through to the actual work carried out by Louis, Scott and Adam was supebly done and has left with a bathroom I'm very happy with. The products specified are excelent in terms of both look and performance. The fitting team and their tiler were first class with high quality workmanship. Overall very happy and job achived at a price I was happy to pay. Job well done
