We recently instructed Craig at Neu Kitchens to produce a design for a new kitchen in our Victorian home. From the outset, his attention to the brief and interpretation of our wishes was outstanding. He is a very talented designer and produced a design which reflected the character of the property but also incorporated a stylish modern sleek kitchen with all the mod cons and more! Craig and his team offered us a full turnkey service from design to installation with all associated building works as required. The quote was competitive for the quality of kitchen and all members of the team were very knowledgeable in their relevant fields. Due to a change in personal circumstances, we have been unable to go forward with this project but should our situation change, we will be instructing Craig and his team to carry out the install without hesitation.

He is very passionate about getting things absolutely right for our individual project and needs. Nothing was too much trouble. The design was creative and unique yet very practical for both family life and modern day cooking. Unlike many kitchen companies, at Neu kitchens you get really individualised care and the knowledge of the products and how to make them work both practically and in a cost effective way meant that we feel certain we got the best outcome we could for our space. He thought of issues and prevented them, was so proactive and knowledgeable and making sure it fitted perfectly with the building, plumbing, electrics etc. Craig helped us make decisions without getting stressed and always presented all the information we needed saving us time and resulting in a very high quality kitchen at the right price. We approached Neu kitchen at the start of the year as part of our home renovation. From the outset we were impressed by the focus and professionalism demonstrated by Craig. He listened well to our requirements for a family kitchen and came up with innovative solutions to tricky problems for our space.

The design Craig came up with really was practical, stylish and novel. A big step above solutions proposed from other competitors. From that point forward Craig was in touch as we tweaked and moved towards the point of installation. We never felt pressured by a hard sale and felt that Craig personally wanted to do the best possible job for us.

The installation of the kitchen by Neu was meticulous, with a nearly obsessive attention to detail I've never experienced before from a tradesman. The kitchen fitter went the extra mile to ensure our kitchen integrated with other components in our kitchen space.

All in all a great experience which we'd thoroughly recommend. Neu have given us the kitchen we've always wanted.

Craig at Neu is fantastic and clearly knows his stuff... a cut above the rest! The quality of the design and kitchen is worth every penny. We shopped around before committing and wish we hadn't wasted the time and effort. We initially visited Craig at NEU Kitchens following a strong recommendation from our neighbours and our builder. This was a last-minute decision as we had pretty much decided to go with another company. What a good decision this turned out to be!
Craig helped us design our perfect kitchen and the finished product is excellent. We could not be happier. The build quality of the kitchen is superb with wonderful detailed finishes that make a big difference to the final product.
