Designed and fitted a custom kitchen for us - very friendly, insightful and attentive service. Very high quality units/materials etc. And fitted to a great standard too, can’t fault them. I was particularly impressed with the level of communication we got from them. Very regular updates on work progress, delivery schedules etc. Really good.

Dennis and the team designed, specified and installed our kitchen in 2016. The years have shown how well the layout works and it still looks as beautiful as it did then.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new 'Pronorm' kitchen from Concept Kitchens. The service right from the beginning to the end has been exceptional. Sisi and Dennis really considered the design of the kitchen to a high level of detail so that the use of space is very efficient, with the overall aesthetic not being compromised - coming up with innovative solutions to any challenges (like fitting in a utility area in a small space). Their patience and attention to my own requirements ensured that I felt very involved in the design too.

The delivery and fitting of the kitchen had to take place during a very stressful time, when 'lockdown' and the COVID situation created a lot of delays to other building works at my house. Whilst the situation threatened to delay the kitchen installation, Dennis fortunately was incredibly patient, reassuring and professional - making every effort to ensure that the kitchen would be ready as soon as everything else had slotted into place. Throughout the kitchen project, I have found Dennis and Sisi very reliable and easy to contact. It has been an excellent experience and I recommend without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Concept kitchens, my own experience with them was very positive. The customer service was extremely swift & helpful. Although the product I required was discontinued by the kitchen main supplier, the staff not only fedback this information to me in a very timely manner but also managed to make enquiries about alternative solutions to my kitchen lever issues & provided me with the information free of charge. They went over and above to help me even though they had no benefit themselves. Several other companies didn’t even acknowledge my enquiries about the same issue so I truly appreciate the time Dennis spent helping me knowing he wouldn’t gain financially . I will definitely use them in the future & recommend them to family and friends.

We recently had our kitchen extensively renovated. The team from CK did an amazing job. Firstly they fabricated and installed a steel frame which allowed us to knock down a wall and create a large open plan space. Next they sourced and installed very high-end Miehle appliances, granite countertops and cabinets. For the latter they offered an incredible range of manufaturers and every colour/finish option you could hope for. The final steps were laying down wood flooring and decorating the walls ceiling and installing the stove hood which required integrating it to the existing ducting. We were very pleased with the result and the team are very easy to work with.

My favourite thing about CK is their attention to detail. They thought of dozens of 'small' things like zip taps, working around the gas mains and installing a wine fridge. I find it's usually this stuff which is lost in the noise but the team were on top of it.

We now have a very nice, very functionable and very livable space. This was a big job and they managed it superbly.

Needless to say, I can't recommend them enough. The kitchen is made to last but when it comes time for an update CK will be the only number we call.

Concept Kitchens provided the overall project management for the complete refurbishment of our two bed flat in Islington. Nathalie produced a superb new design for the kitchen dragging the property into the 21st century. It was really good to see Paul & Robin do the extra yards to get this to completion. Many thanks to the team who provided a professional and open approach producing a beautiful outcome.

Concept Kitchens (and its sister company, Bath Sorts) supplied our kitchen (and bathrooms) about eight years ago and they still look great. They are lovely people to deal with - patient, professional, helpful. Highly recommended Ivor (Islington)
