Wren Kitchens

The quality of the units is very high and there is a huge choice. The fitters were very professional and we were very happy with the result. Contacting Customer Services was sometimes tedious but any problems were resolved.

I know some people have had a good experience with Wren but unfortunately for me it was the opposite. I should have seen the warning signs from the design stage where it took almost 4 hrs (2 hrs over 2 separate days) to finalise the design. The first available date they had for the fitter was almost 2-3 weeks later and unfortunately they don't delivery on the weekend so I was unable to take delivery of the kitchen. Wren assured me the kitchen fitter would accommodate this so they arranged the delivery for the day of the fitting. On the day, the fitter said he had no time to wait for the kitchen so left. I had other builders on site who agreed to take delivery. I then had to call Wren and tell them to send the fitter back. The problems then got worse - the guy fitted damaged units, cut holes too big, fitted the units unevenly and only did the bare minimum moaning that Wren only pays him £200 per day - so if it's not on the plan it's not his problem. I went to check the kitchen and already things were falling off. I am constantly having to email the installation team and, as a result, I am now on week 2 of kitchen fitting and it's still not finished. Today I went to check again after having replacement units sent and the fitter had drilled a hole in the wall for the glass splashback and left it destroyed. He even fitted the cupboard over the vent hole saying the hole is not his problem - fair enough but he didn't leave the space as per the plan and now I can't fit the vent cover. It's been a nightmare and I feel so sad. I have sent an email to Wren saying I will get a quote to fix the kitchen and suggest they reimburse me because at this rate the kitchen will never be finished.

Three years since I ordered and this incompetent company couldnt fit a simple kitchen if they tried. Simple galley kitchen, 2 lots of wren fitters, 3 installation attempts and a complete mess from start to now. I would say start to finish but it isn’t finished!!
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that values customers.

Update: Financial Ombudsman ordered this kitchen to be removed. It has been removed and I am much much happier with my new kitchen. It should not have taken 3 years to sort. Wren also offered me £1000 to remove all social media posts. shame on you wren.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Wren kitchens Harlow. Elena helped us to plan our kitchen design she was very professional and listened to what we wanted making suggestions to get the most use out of the space that we had, the virtual design helped us to visualise what it would look like. We chose a J pull kitchen in cashmere any damaged items were replaced very quickly without any problems the app was very good and easy to use, the delivery men were very helpful. We would recommend Wren kitchens as the quality is very good and the service was excellent thanks again to Elena for helping us achieve our dream kitchen.

Very happy with our new Wren Kitchen. We ordered the light grey Shaker range and it looks brilliant! From the moment we walked into the Wren showroom and designed our new kitchen (the virtual design was great!) to delivery, the Wren team were very supportive and gave us everything we needed. Very happy and will certainly recommend them to our friends and family

Although we knew what we wanted, Samra (Harlow Branch) was amazing in making use of our space to the max. We were able to make changes and amendments easily with her and she was so patient! Now in a small space we had to work with we have a perfect kitchen with all the storage space and appliances we required. Her advice was spot on and now we’re 6 months into enjoying our new kitchen! From the very start, Wren Kitchens made my wife and I feel very sure of their professionalism. Sam at Harlow looked after us during the design stage, and was always available to chat with, if we had a problem. Yes, there wer a few things. Mainly how one contractor they use, tried to rip us off over what he said was required electrical work. Fortunately I knew a little about the subject, and so I didn't accept his quote for the installation. Wren are happy if you wish additional quotes for installation by them. My second contractor, Anthony, was brilliant. An absolute perfectionist. Lovely fella, ready to adapt to your needs, if possible. Overall, our kitchen looks top class and certainly causes positive comments by our visitors. We highly recommend Wren at Harlow, and particularly Samura. Such a lovely lady.

Wren Kitchens have been an amazing company to work with to design and provide our new kitchen and utility room - Nothing seemed a problem too big for them. We had a really great kitchen designer who was never pushy and designed a kitchen and utility to suit our needs. Delivery was a breeze. Post installation we required two extra pelmets which was very easy to order via the Wren Kitchen app and arrived only a few days later. Cannot fault the service. Would recommend them and also use again in the future. Great quality product for an affordable price. Many thanks Wren!
