Wren Kitchens

The purchasing and installation of the new kitchen for our Church was a reasonably easy experience. A slight delay with the installation team, but all went well. Had a problem with a faulty tap, the support team at Wren's got that sorted quickly. Everything up and running.

Overall my experience with Wren from the initial visit to generally view right through to installation completion has been excellent.
A great selection of products enabled us to exactly plan the kitchen we wanted.
The Kitchen Designers who assisted us were extremely knowledgeable of the product & many options available & our many questions were answered concisely & politely.
The final amendments & ordering were simple.
Delivery date was confirmed with frequent updates made by Wren. The delivery occurred as planned & was extremely well organised with each item checked & accounted for.
We used our own fitter for the installation but he had installed many Wren kitchens previously so was very familiar with the fit, but the provided details / instructions were excellent also. The installation was relatively straight forward with the exception of a damaged fridge / freezer tower & a couple of damaged doors & a leaking tap - all of which Customer Services dealt with promptly & provided replacement items via courier. All items were received to complete the installation on schedule.
The only issue I have is with a leaking Matrix dishwasher - Wren are dealing with this problem at this time to arrange an engineer visit - so the outcome is unknown at this time. My issue is the period of time where you wait for your call to be answered (45mins in my case) & there is NO indication of your estimated wait or where you are in the queue for assistance & the music played while you wait indefinitely is terrible.
I await the final outcome of our current issue, but anticipate that Wren will deal with the problem in their normal concise & helpful manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Wren in the future as the product seems well designed & constructed & the process is probably as good as you can get.

The team were professional and helpful .

The kitchen was well planned with only minor hic cups with the flooring order and also the cabinet brackets.

Any issues I had were addressed well.

I’ve waited a few months before leaving the review to ensure we have no other issues. I’m pleased to say we’re really happy with our wren Kitchen. The designer (Mike) was brilliant from the start, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The builder was decent (not 100% reliable though, left early, turned up when he wanted etc). There were a couple of issues (2 of the doors were scratched / damaged and the fitter failed to install a few vents) but these were rectified quickly by wrens aftercare team. We’d definitely recommend Wren and already have done to a few of our family and friends. Decent payment plans too 👍

Wren were fantastic from start to finish when designing and supplying us with their kitchen. They listened to what we wanted. We love our new kitchen and are so happy with the finished result.

I am so glad we chose Wren Kitchens. From the very first consultation through to design and installation the service has been outstanding. The quality of the kitchen units surpassed our expectations, and with a wide range of appliances to choose from we were able to fit the new kitchen with some amazing technology. The professionalism of the (sub-contracted) installer was amazing and his attention to detail was superb. Equally so with the specialist worktops (we had the quartz worktops with upstands), and the installation team were excellent. I cannot recommend Wren highly enough. We now have a truly amazing kitchen. Yes it comes at a cost, but so worth it.

I was pleasantly surprised after receiving mixed views on Wren. The show room staff were excellent, professional and fresh friendly. I changed my design a few times, and having the expertise of the salesperson really helped. I am super pleased with my new kitchen. It’s great quality and looks amazing

Such an easy process to order a new kitchen. The design was brilliant and I was able to add my input and suggestions but Graham was fantastic at devising the plan for a fabulous new kitchen. I felt valued as a customer and when I needed to make a couple of alterations (after a new boiler was installed) I was delighted with the service and the reduction in price even though the change necessitated more units!
The fitting was very well done and supplementary works were carried out to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Wren Kitchens.
