We chose Regal after being recommended and after seeing some kitchens on Facebook. The initial consultation in our home with Stacey was excellent, she is very knowledgable and gave us some ideas for our final design. Our subsequent appointment in the showroom with her also gave us time to look at things up close and really get a feel for the products we were choosing. Our fitting went smoothly, any issues were rectified and nothing was too much trouble - special thanks to Janice and Phil. The quality of our new kitchen is lovely, we’re really pleased and we have much more room which was our original objective. A huge added bonus was having Emma visit us post install, to show us how to use our new appliances and cook us a 3 course meal! She even brought along the ingredients and was such a pleasure to have in our home, thank you so much! That’s really going above and beyond! Thank you Regal!

From our first encounter with Regal Kitchens right through to the after care we have been thoroughly impressed with every aspect of their service. Their tagline is ‘Where the client is king’ and this certainly felt the case throughout. We are delighted with the quality of our kitchen, the efficiency of the fit where the company and fitters went above and beyond to fit in with our needs and timing, and the exemplary customer service - we truly felt that Regal Kitchens not only wanted us to feel 100% happy with our kitchen but also wanted us to have the best experience we could wish for from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into their showroom we were made to feel like we were part of the Regal family. Nothing was too much trouble and we didn’t feel rushed or pressurised in any way. We particularly loved the unique touch of Emma coming to house to cook a 3 course meal with us so that she could make sure that we knew all we needed to know about our appliances. We cannot recommend Regal Kitchens highly enough.

Lovely showroom, friendly & helpful sales staff that really know their stuff.
John listened & adapted the design during the planning process even though a couple of things were requested late.
Ian was a great installer, excellent attention to detail, worked hard and cleaned up every day.
Super nice touch with Emma coming round with a bag of food to cook - showing me how to use the new ovens & dishwasher to make the most of the new feature rich appliances. All in all, really happy with Regal Kitchens.

Regal Kitchens definitely live up to their tagline from start to finish.Impressive in every sense form the design consultation with John to the Fitting with Pete and team to the amazing demo of appliances and meal with Emma! It was a smooth process and they really listen to your needs. Highly recommend. Thank you, we love our kitchen!

The service at Regal was great from start to finish. John designed us a beautiful kitchen, showing us the design in detail then talking through the different options in his showroom. We knocked down the wall separating our kitchen and dining room to expand the space. We had a small galley kitchen before which John completely reimagined into a lovely spacious kitchen. Roger then came and fit the kitchen for us, applying the finishing touches really well. Jan was really responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. Thank you Regal!

We had our kitchen designed and made with the Regal. Really pleased with the service and our new kitchen. We also love the after service too and a special touch when the lovely Emma came to cook us 2 course meal plus show us how to use the appliances properly. 5 stars service all round and highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to Regal to get some good advice on a new kitchen. The whole experience from walking into the showroom to the final inspection was brilliant. The designers, Stacey & John, were so helpful and really had a great understanding of what I wanted and most importantly, what worked best for me. The installer Roger, was friendly and had a keen eye when it came to detail. I really enjoyed the cooking demonstration to which Emma came round and showed me how to use all my appliances, which I found amazing and really helpful. Thank you so much regal kitchens. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family members.

From design to complete installation, we cannot fault this company. Stacey understood our brief and designed a kitchen which exceeded our expectations. Dan, our fitter was extremely friendly, kept us informed of the progress and really paid attention to detail. The wider Regal team, in particular Janice, always responded to calls and emails immediately.
Overall we cannot rate this company high enough.
