Wren Kitchens

This Wren is very good, however, customers should be clearly advised that the free car parking ends after 3 hours and then a £100 fine is imposed without any warning. The kitchen consults take at least 2 hours, so beware that getting your dream kitchen can easily and quickly become a nightmare!

We are really happy with our completed new kitchen from Wren - it is amazing and looks exactly like the photo we were provided with at planning stage. The whole process from delivery through to completion took a little longer than expected - but the finished result is worth it. Wren have good processes from design through to collection of the old kitchen. Couldn't be happier!

From start to finish, Wren provided a first class service. From the initial measuring process right through to design and delivery, Wren guided us and helped us through every step of the way. We have ended up with a kitchen that has surpassed our expectations, didn't cost too much and all in all was a completely painless process. To be completely honest, we weren't expecting such a first class service from such a large kitchen chain. Just goes to show!

Very good experience from start to finish. From initial appointment to discuss design and style of kitchen. This was done over 3 visits with designer to add any tweaks or changes to design and included a free measuring service before committing to contract. We were informed all the way with development of Kitchen and confirmation of delivery dates which all arrived on time as agreed with Wren.
Customer service were very helpful with a couple of changes on a couple of doors which had scratches on the doors. These were rectified very quickly using the Wren online app to report any problems. Very happy with the Kitchen.

Currently having my kitchen installed and doors are scratched or marked, sink has a great big dent in it and customer services are absolutely shocking. After 47 minutes on hold (3rd time trying) I had to give up. Tried emailing but I guess they've had your money no need to rush to fix any issues you might be having after!! I was recommended Wren but I doubt very much I'll will be doing the same

Absolutely diabolical installation service. Complete kitchen delivered to us on the 14th May and they still haven’t completed the installation, well over three months late. We have not altered the design, it’s nothing to do with Brexit or COVID, just complete incompetence. The worst thing is, no one cares. We were assigned a senior installation manager when the first sub contractor couldn’t read the drawings and installed the kitchen incorrectly. A week after a site meeting he went on a two week holiday without organising anything, leaving us to stew and without a functioning kitchen. Even after the latest “ your new worktops have been damaged in transit and are now delayed” message he hasn’t been bothered to contact us, leaving it instead to a person from head office. We have even protested out side of the store, which we have never done anything like this before, and this hasn’t altered their response.
Please don’t make the mistake of commissioning Wren to install your kitchen, unless your prepared for a very long wait.
