Gary and Laura are a great team. From the moment you walk into the showroom you feel welcomed. Gary really knows his product and is a great designer. From design through to completion nothing is too much trouble. Even when you invade the showroom with 2 friends and turn it into a giggling girls day out. The computer visuals they make up are outstanding, they can even add in the picture you to plan to hang. They are so good they look like actual pics of the final kitchen. My completed kitchen is exactly what I wanted and looks amazing. I had Jon White fit my kitchen and he is also great at his job a real perfectionist and lovely friendly guy. My parents used Gary 15 years ago and their kitchen is still looking great as it's a quality product. I couldn't be happier. Off to unpack all my goods into the cupboards. Thanks Gary & Laura.

From the very first meeting in the showroom with Gary & Laura right through to completion the whole process has been a pleasure. The hand drawn floor plan and detailed `shopping list` were very helpful but it was the computer visuals that made it real for us. We both appreciated the attention to detail and patience provided by everyone. Friends thought the computer visuals were photos of the finished kitchen. Mark and his team were on site every day and would have finished bang on time if we hadn't asked for extra work to be done in adjacent rooms! A big thank you to all involved in the kitchen project.

Gary and Laura at Kitchen Design of Sevenoaks helped with the total revamp of our kitchen from start (design), through planning (we were extending the footprint) and appliance procurement, right through to build . They were professional and responsive throughout the process, and we're very pleased we utilised their services.

It's always good to support long standing local businesses, but it's especially good when the choice produces outstanding results. That certainly has been my experience of KDS who offer hugely experienced and knowledgeable service and guidance; timely and efficient responses, and a 100% satisfactory result! They also work with a Kent based, British manufactured kitchen company, Stoneham, who are equally efficient and competent - a double benefit. KDS are definitely to be recommended.

As part of a full kitchen installation, we had underfloor heating laid by one of the Kitchen Design of Sevenoaks associated fitters. Following completion of the kitchen it became apparent that large parts of the floor, predominantly in the key workspace areas, had no underfloor heating laid. Despite obtaining an independent imaging report stating this was the case and advising the fitting was at fault, Kitchen Design of Sevenoaks refused to take any responsibility and merely offered to pay for an electric heater to be fitted! We even sought advice and quotes on how to resolve the issue without having to resort to removing the entire kitchen and replacing the flooring but they were unprepared to finance this or even suggest any compensation for the issue we have been left with. We have been extremely disappointed by the lack of after care provided, to the point where the owner has on occasions been rude and condescending, when ironically this was one of the attractions of the company in the first place. Having paid a large amount of money for a high standard kitchen you do not expect to be left in this situation with underfloor heating not fit for purpose. We would therefore recommend you purchase a kitchen elsewhere or hope that nothing goes wrong!
