I recently visited Tom Howley kitchens in Tunbridge Wells as I am beginning to research kitchen styles and have seen lots of Tom Howley pictures online, and I couldn’t of been more impressed.
The showroom is stunning, with fantastic examples of styles, storage, colours, appliances etc.
The staff who I met were very friendly and welcoming. I was welcomed with a smile.
I spent about an hour in the showroom and was guided through the collections and the design process. They were so helpful and provided me with lots of ideas and had a genuine interest on how they could help.
I was so impressed with the gorgeous showroom and outstanding staff and I can’t wait to get my architect plans back to return and start designing!

From the first moment I stepped into the Tom Howley show room I knew I wanted to be the proud owner of one of their luxury kitchens. The total experience was only improved further when I was greeted by the show room Manager, Victoria, who was friendly and informative without putting me under any pressure. This then continued when I was put in touch with their in house designer, Sophie. From the initial consultation right through to a change of design, when I decided I needed to incorporate an existing piece of furniture into the room, Sophie remained unfazed and enthusiastic in trying to create both a practical work space and maintain the visual wow factor I wanted. The day of installation arrived and went without any problems, Gary, the installation manager made several visits to monitor the progress and was there to answer any questions and resolve any minor issues in his friendly and professional manner.
I have been enjoying my new kitchen for a few months now and it is with out doubt the favourite room in our house. The fabulous Tom Howley team brought together all my ideas and visions and made it a reality which I now get to enjoy every day.

For the best experience in choosing a new kitchen head to Tom Howley in Tunbridge Wells. The team are first and foremost welcoming. Victoria, who showed us around is a breath of fresh air. So enthusiastic, knowledgeable and just the right person when first arriving at the showroom. Tim, our designer was also the perfect man for the job. Listening to our ideas, being patient and making our dream a reality. I cannot recommend them enough and we now have a wonderful kitchen which we are delighted with and will enjoy for many years to come.

Our kitchen is absolutely sensational in every way. As soon as we started designing our new home, we knew we wanted a Tom Howley kitchen. From the moment we stepped through the doors of the Tunbridge Wells showroom, the service was faultless and impeccable. Victoria and Tim have been amazing throughout the whole process, from our initial meeting right through to the final fit and painting of our kitchen in situ. We have the kitchen of our dreams and cannot thank you enough. We recommend Tom Howley to everyone!

Having visited many kitchen showrooms, Tom Howley in Tunbridge Wells stands out in my mind by far. From the sleek kitchens and friendly staff, we truly had a great experience. We were greeted with a smile and an enthusiastic “hello” when we walked in (the lady we spoke to seemed very knowledgable and genuinely interested in finding out about our plans). We were given a hot drink and encouraged to have a right old nose around the kitchens to inspect the materials and ranges. My son was even kept amused with colouring books to my delight! Would highly recommend.

My daughters and I had an amazing experience at a Homes & Garden Reader event hosted in the showroom. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly and professional staff, given coffee and pastries followed by a presentation by Tom Howley who gave us lots of advice about kitchen planning and design. This was followed by a cookery demonstration and delicious lunch from Michelin star chef Galton Blackiston. We then had the opportunity to browse the show room and talk to the very knowledgeable staff. I am now looking forward to my visit from one of their designers, hopefully the first step towards one of their fantastic kitchens.

We were very pleased with the outstanding professional design service provided by Sharon Dalgety at the Cambridge branch of Tom Howley. She listened carefully to our ideas and “must haves” and produced wonderfully detailed drawings that surpassed our expectations. The design
‘s fine details, such as the nickel door handles and the exact positioning of down lights was further enhanced by the specification of appliances by Miele and Fisher and Paykel. The finished kitchen is a joy to look at and wonderful to use.

We came into the shop today to have a look at the Quooker tap that they have on sale. We received a very warm welcome. Unlike in other stores on the high street, the tap was actually connected here which meant we were able to test a fully working tap and try the sparkling water. Overall a great service, we will definitely come back next time we are looking for a kitchen!
