Finchley Kitchens

I can highly recommend Finchley Kitchens and Javid from the stress free and can-do experience we received from them. We had a couple other quotes, but Javid was the one that gave us a better experience. He made us feel at ease, listened to us and there was no hard sell or trying to up sell to a product which would have costed more.

We invited Javid to give us a quote for our kitchen based on what fittings and fixtures we wanted, but we were also open to new ideas.
He took all the measurements and then designed a kitchen to exactly how we wanted. He gave us some brilliant ideas and suggestions along the way.

Everything was just effortless with Javid. He was answered all our questions and he was always at the end of the phone. He accommodated everything we asked for, came in on budget, and kept to the timeline that we agreed.

His team of fitters are brilliant. They worked tirelessly and cleaned up after themselves. They were so efficient that it felt like we did not have workmen in the house.

From start to finish, Javid had attention to detail, was always at hand and made my kitchen project enjoyable.

I would like to thank Finchley Kitchens for making my dream German kitchen become a reality. Their service was first class. I had issues with building work/my extension that stressed me out and so Javid came the same day to offer his professional and friendly advice. I made several visits to change the design and both Javid and Halima had the patience of a Saint to accommodate me. They offered good advice not just about the perfect design but also about specifics such as appliances, taps, sinks, soap dispenser, lighting, carcass colours, quieter cooker hood, plug points, splashback etc. Other companies (I had visited a lot!) have boring drawer inserts as standard white which shows dust/dirt but I'm loving my dark grey! Even the utensils tray is of high quality. They spoke to my builder on occasions, produced a detailed electrical drawing to give to my electrician and came to check progress, and re-measured before ordering so there were no issues with dimensions. Cannot fault any part of the service from the day I walked in till the day it all finished. Must also mention the kitchen fitters Chris and Andy, recommended by Javid who specialise in fitting their kitchens all the time (and know their products) rather than my builder. I highly recommend Finchley Kitchens. Their prices are competitive, plus it costs nothing to get a quote! Enjoy viewing a few pics:)

We are sending a review after having our Kitchen Designed and Installed over a year ago. Sometimes emotions can get the better of you immediately after installation. The service from Design and up to Installation from Finchley Kitchens was first class. They listened to your requirements and made helpful suggestions and choices where required. We would recommend Finchley Kitchens to anyone looking to replace or remodel their kitchen.

Designed and ordered our new kitchen with Javid and with help from Alisha in April 2022. They were both great to deal with. Installation of kitchen began early Sept and co-ordinated with the laying of a new floor. There were a couple of damaged panels on delivery and Javid dealt with this immediately and the items were delivered within a few weeks. Finished on time in Oct and over the 6 week period if there were any issues or snags they were dealt with efficiently and professionally by Javid. Fitting a kitchen is an un-nerving process as in our case my sons were a home from uni (they went back early) and also pets in the house. If you have to do it Finchley Kitchens will do it as smoothly as possible, 5*.

From the minute I entered the showrooms I was given a first class service. Javid went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and listened to all our requirements and met them. The kitchen is a high quality spec and is perfect for our needs. It is a case of you get what you pay for and although we ended up spending more than our budget it is value for money for the quality and service we received. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the workmen who did the preparation work and fitting were very neat and tidy workers and considerate of our property.
