Softley Kitchens

In the Spring of 2017 Softley Kitchens were recommended to us by a friend for whom Sofley had worked. We arranged to meet Tim Coles and were very pleased with the help we received. Tim listened to our ideas and took note of our needs and plans for this room. He discussed layouts in detail and helped us to arrive at a beautiful and practical design. This was a comprehensive and thorough process which gave us confidence.
Softley offered access to a huge showroom where we could browse and identify units and appliances which best suited our purposes and importantly our budget.
Fitting was arranged separately with Stephen Love - Rushden Plumbing Services, and took three weeks… a little longer than originally anticipated. All went smoothly.
We found the price to be very competitive, we are very pleased with the finished product. The quality is excellent. The lay out is practical, Another time I would possibly upgrade some of the appliances and fittings.

Tim was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. He helped us to find matching cupboards and worktops for our utility room so that it fitted in with our kitchen. He came out to measure up and organised timely delivery of the cupboards. He was friendly, professional and reliable. Have recommended him to my mum for her new kitchen. Would recommend to everyone!

Tim arranged the fitting of a Quooker tap for us. The process was simple and very efficient. As we had contact during early 2022 when my wife and I both had Covid. Tim communicated via phone, text and email. It was great service. The tap was installed on time in March and we love it. Tim and Softley are excellent. Highly recommended!
