Bought a new kitchen.They came and did my kitchen measurements and designed the kitchen.
Very professional and friendly designer.

Well we started this nightmare in Jan 2022 hoping as the advert on the TV says your dream kitchen!!!!

Well the design was done in store and when they came around to check the design was wrong we should have ran away then !!!

The kitchen was delivered and the installation started on 11th April 2022 all seems to be going OK until we notice under the work tops a void was there we said not happy with this well the kitchen was installed and more and more problems we contacted Wren and got through to numerous rude installation team member. Anyway it's the 24th August 2022 and it's still ongoing with replacement parts blocking up our garage and old replacement parts still in our garage. We have send lots and lots of emails chasing them to sort out our complaints but they don't even answer our emails. We have chased the work to be finished with time off work for deliveries and stress and disbelief in the Wren dream kitchen it's turned out to be the biggest mistake we have ever made. DO NOT ENTERTAIN WREN run away like we should have done when the design was wrong.

We are still fighting this case and this morning have asked for it to be finished to as the advert SAYS DREAM KITCHEN we have had more sleepless nights and it's making me ill with stress !!!!!

We had an outstanding experience with Wren. From the get-go our kitchen was managed extremely well by Vince. He supported us through the whole process, was responsive, gave great advice and was super helpful. Highly recommended!
