They made me a beautiful sink. Then two years later it started coming apart between the bowl and the drainer. Because rather than being welded together it was just bonded (GLUED!). When I called them to complain they said that my warrantee had run out and I should not have put boiling water on my sink. Because of course sinks aren’t designed to stand the stress of hot water. I fixed it with heat resistant epoxy. But it still upsets me every time I look at it.

And by the way in spite of my repeated requests for them to remedy the problem they told me it was my fault and they did not offer to come to me and fix it!

I ordered a made to measure stainless steel splashback to go behind my hob. Unfortuneately Parcel Force messed up the agreed delivery day so it basically took 3 days longer to arrive than P-F originally told me BUT i cant blame MPM for that AND i am absolutely delighted with the splashback - it looks beautiful in my new kitchen AND what a really low price! VERY HAPPY BUYER!!!

I contacted David at MPM Engineering and requested a quote for a bespoke/made to measure stainless steel unit (2.0m) with integrated stainless still worktop and sink unit for my garden bbq area. David gave me a quote which was extremely reasonable. I visited the factory in Luton, David gave me a tour and showed me a number of units that were about to be delivered to customers. I was very impressed and immediately paid a deposit.

The units were delivered and installed without delay and I am very very pleased with MPM. I have had a number of friends come and have a look and they are all extremely impressed. I will be needing a few more units in the near future and i will be contacting David. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from this company. Beautiful quality brushed stainless steel door for our integrated dishwasher. A small order, but the MD, Dave, could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend MPM.

Fantastic service and great quality.
I ordered 2 bespoke stainless steel worktops for an outside kitchen.
Measurements were emailed and I picked up the 2 worktops ( I am local) 7 days later.

Ordered a splashback online. Was very impressed with the fast communication and completion of the item.

I ordered a copper splashback from M.P.M engineering and I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the product.
Unfortunately mine arrived with a slight flaw, so I emailed Dave who replied instantly with an apology, and informed me he would get a replacement out to me straight away!!
