Great designs i personaly like the modern type of kitchens like black and white but they sell wood,marble,the average normal one e.t.c its all at a great price not to expensive not to un expensive well if thats a word freindly staff allways happy znd there is a toilet

The team have been great from start to finish. We really appreciated the support and advice in the design of our bathrooms and the installation and fitting has been excellent. Steve was so accommodating and considerate in our needs and the changes that were needed were really thought out. His team have been really considerate during the COVID crisis and we have felt very safe.

We downsized and moved into Henley a few years ago. Steepal installed a new bathroom for us and later a new kitchen. The kitchen included underfloor heating and small cloakroom. All were excellently finished with top quality fixtures and fittings. We will definitely use them again.

Very happy with their work. Our bathroom was a challenge and they gave a great service in design, build and response time if any issues came up. Happily using them again for my mother's bathroom. Thank you!

Couldn't have been more inept. Poor advice given on all of the shower tray's and screens that they supplied. This has now lead me to completely redo our bathroom as they misadvised on a product they recommended.

visited our home, measured up and promised to get back with quotation. No response to telephone calls (no one picks up the phone in the showrooms ) or e mails. Bizarre attitude!

I would like to share my experience of trying to use this company to redesign our master bathroom. They came promptly to view the project and thereafter total silence. I had to follow up with them multiple times. At no stage did they ever have the courtesy to contact me with any information. After several months I returned to their Henley shop to be told that basically they were too busy and could not be bothered to do our project (Interestingly worth more than £10,000 as priced by another firm)
Staggeringly rude and unprofessional.....I would seriously suggest DO NOT USE

James is fantastic. We had a new family bathroom and an ensuite some years ago as part of a major build project. James knows the products really well, integrated everything with the architects layout, made useful suggestions, liaised with the contractor when things got tricky (as they can do), and we never felt oversold on anything. And, years later, James is incredibly helpful when asking for advice, or when parts need sourcing. After care is first class.
