Wren Kitchens

5 Stars from start to finish.
The kitchen was designed by Annabelle, the kitchen designer at Tamworth. She then emailed the plan along with the dimensions and after a few things were altered, which was no problem at all. The kitchen was ordered and I was kept updated until it arrived on their own transport on time!
Everything arrived in one piece and complete as ordered. Although I fitted the kitchen myself, everything went together exactly as it should. It looks great!
I would certainly recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone.

The kitchens here are top spec, lots of different kitchens made up and even more colours/finishes and samples to look at upstairs. Plenty of staff who were more than willing to help and a nice greeting 🙏 and explanation when we went into the store. There used to be a bright yellow kitchen with black handles on display at the branch at Erdington which was my absolute favourite and even though I didn't need a new kitchen, I always went to look at it when I went to Dunelm next door. Boyfriend wants to take out his 25 year old kitchen and have a complete new kitchen refit and he could well end up here.

Absolutely horrendous!
From start to finish it's been a nightmare. They kept sending damaged/ wrong goods and it took 7 deliveries and two months to get everything. The quality is shocking too - the cupboard doors are bowing already after 2 months. The customer service is a joke. Wait of minimum an hour to get through to speak to someone who still gets the replacement orders wrong. They advertise that it's quicker with an app, but takes a few days for them to reply. It's a joke.

Truly amazing service from the Tamworth branch. Holland helped create our perfect kitchen, she had such amazing attention to detail, had lots of helpful, useful suggestions and nothing was too much trouble at all. She went above and beyond to create our perfect kitchen within our budget and made sure we were 100% happy with everything. Thank you again.

If u have four hours to spare then I wish u luck. Designer came out to home a polite sales designer. However it went on n on. At the end he asked me for a despoit but still had not finished. Talk about hard selling techniques . As a disabled client beware others. A lovely sales designer but ......

Visited the Tamworth branch where we were met by Holland Guthrie. She is an excellent kitchen designer who is a credit to Wren kitchens. She was very helpful and came up with some great ideas that we hadn’t thought of. She replied promptly to questions and emails. Would highly recommend her if you visit Wren and need a competent and experienced kitchen designer.

We received an excellent service, from design to delivery. The kitchen is of a very good quality and looks amazing.

Great product and overall service. The kitchen designer was very experienced and helpful but not pushy, we felt very much in control of designing our kitchen.

All products were delivered on time and made to the highest quality.

Wren kept in touch with us regularly throughout the installation process to ensure satisfaction. The installers were also great, very detail orientated and mindful of our requirements.
