Great products and service. I originally went to the Room by Room showroom because I wanted a modern kitchen fitted in my home. I found a beautiful kitchen and ended up having a fitted bedroom installed too. Very pleased all-round!

Brilliant service. Room by Room walked me through the whole process for a complete kitchen refurbishment for my house. They managed everything from measuring my kitchen, to design and installation. I will be using them again in future.

Steve gave us some excellent design ideas, suggesting an extractor fan (in it's own "cupboard" with plenty of space to put spice jars, condiments etc) as opposed to a cooker hood (which would've interfered with the "streamline" effect of the kitchen) He recommended an Induction hob and a glass splash back, all of which were brilliant ideas we hadn't thought of.

The only minor negative is the built in microwave which is slightly too high for us. For taller people the height would be ideal. The microwave ceramic disc on the ceiling of the appliance is also impossible to keep clean. Seems to be a fault with the design by Siemens.

Steve promptly re-visited in order to fix a dripping tap for us.

Overall the negative on the microwave should not detract from the excellent design and quality of the appliances (excluding the microwave). We are very happy overall with the service provided by Room by Room.
