Excellent service from beginning,to end. Guy who came to measure extremely pleasant. Designer at Ayr couldn't have been more helpful. Did not try to push anything on us. Like suggesting most expensive items. Gave us exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. We were under no pressure. The guys who installed kitchen were very conscientious, extremely tidy couldn't have done more the Icing on the cake was that Wren organised the uplifting of old units etc. Which was another load of our minds.

I was very pleased and satisfied with help and assistance supplied by Ayr branch. Only slightly disappointed by time and excessive correspondence it took to action a warranty claim for, wait for it, four self close hinges which were faulty. Now rectified and my faith in Wren has been restored.

Having used Wren as a kitchen company in the past, I was happy to return.

While at the outset, there were some issues with surveyor visits not going to schedule, once we were in the groove, things went extremely smoothly.

Visiting the showroom in Ayr and being ably assisted by Steven, we discussed our options in full and decided on the layout, the units and appliances and went away happy...only to return on a number of occasions to make tweaks to the appliances, the worktops, the units until we were finally satisfied with the outcome. Steven was extremely patient with us and offered up some real insights and suggestions.

When it came time for the installer to carry out their survey, this was the only area of concern I had. The installer, self-employed, however vetted by Wren, failed to communicate with us with regards to additional works costs, leaving us with no option but to request that they were removed from the job. Thankfully, once again, Steven stepped in and was able to secure a more than adequate replacement.

During delivery and fitting, the teams were excellent and at the end of each day, left the kitchen in as tidy a state as could be reasonably expected.

Today, my wife and I have a simply stunning kitchen that anyone who visits, cannot help but comment on how good it looks compared to the dated old units.

I for one, would highly recommend Wren and in particular, single out Steven in Ayr for his professionalism and steadfast determination to achieve the best end result.

Wren refused to send a drain piece for my sink as I was outside the 28 day period to report missing items. Basically stole from me. Doubt I’ll use again in the future.

Great experience from start to finish. Design team at Ayr were great. They were upfront about the price and weren't pushy. I used the app for a lot of things and was able to track everything via that. Delivery was very efficient and communication was good. When my joiner was building it he noticed a couple of damaged panels. I reordered through the app and received them 3 days later. No questions asked. Thanks Wren.

We went to look at kitchens to replace our tired and old looking setup. The staff were really friendly and took great care to match all of our requirements as well as each of our needs. They showed us what can be done with the space and how to maximise storage. The team showed us everything on the shop floor and took great care to make sure we were happy even to the point of taking cabinet doors off the wall to allow us to compare colours. Thanks for all the help you gave us and can't wait for our new kitchen to be installed.

Very impressed with my new Wren kitchen which I opted to install myself. All design was done remotely online due to Covid, and the designer insisted I repeatedly checked sizes to avoid mistakes. Arrived when stated with all parts accounted for even a fancy tray for storing the doors when removed for fitting. Well laid out plans provided with easy to follow instruction. A quality kitchen at a reasonable price

We received a friendly welcome from staff member Steven Kelso as we entered the Ayr branch of Wren's. Steven explained the layout of the showroom to us, then encouraged us to look around, and ask for further assistance when required. We were glad of this unpressured space to look & choose for ourselves.
After selecting our kitchen, Steven very professionaly designed our kitchen layout. From then on the Wren service went into overdrive, from design to agreeing delivery date, then the prompt delivery as advised by Jack, the warehouse Manager.
We were very imppressed with the professional design & delivery, and totally pleased with the superb quality of our first Wren kitchen.
