The Kitchen Depot, Dumbarton

I was told about this company from a friend of mine
So I contacted them Vincent arrived as he said he would on time
My wife was then asked what she would like. Vincent then took measurements etc later that day we got a eemail from him with all the details photos and price .
Which we agreed to paid a small deposit

At a later date phoned Vincent to arrange for the job to be done and on the day the fitters turned up it took 5 days to complete from removal of my old kitchen completely to the finished kitchen this included rewiring moving the sink and plastering the kitchen walls and ceiling

I will definitely recommend this company especially Vincent as a designer. Thank you

Always found everyone at the Dumbarton Kitchen Depot to be friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping us to achieve our new kitchen ideas. They were responsive to any changes and snagging issues we had. Enjoying our new kitchen.

will add when problems have been sorted, 3 months later still not sorted grievance since february.OCTOBER trading standards have spoke to them i have no case as items werent itemised so be wary when ordering and get everything in writing as i think pinochio works there

Kitchen Depot ,Dumbarton made my kitchen refurbishment a seamless one.Vincent came to the house & took measurements & we discussed various options & what sort of budget I had.I visited the showroom a few days later & selected the type of units & worktops I wanted etc.Visiting the showroom was excellent & helpful & enabled me to see various examples of kitchens.Vincent showed me how everything would look on the computer model of my home kitchen area & gave me valuable advice along the way.I didn’t need any more time to think & booked my new kitchen,paying a small deposit,right away before leaving the showroom.The new kitchen was installed at the agreed date some weeks later & took a little over four days.The fitter (Scott) worked hard & very professionally & sought my opinion at various points just to check what was best for me.I also found the plumber & electrician to be courteous & professional.The old kitchen & all the rubbish that had piled up in my garden from the work over the four days was picked up & removed the very same day as Scott finished the kitchen which was excellent and also very quietly! I am so happy with my new kitchen & most grateful to everyone involved.

From the planning to the installation, the team were fantastic. Vincent who planned my kitchen and Willie and his team who fitted it were exceptional. I love it.

Went in to show Richard pictures of my gas hob, which was only 2.5 years old.... did not last very well.

To my surprise Richard replace my hob with a brand new one free gratis.
