We just wanted to say a huge thank you for our fantastic kitchen. Everyone walks in and says ‘wow!!’. We still can’t believe it’s our kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company (we have already done so). Excellent customer service and Tony's attention to detail in design and fitting the kitchen was first class.

Don't be fooled by this company's fab reviews from a couple of years ago!! This company has been taken over by cowboys. Fernando Freitas and Tony Walsh. They take your money and then do 1 with it. They left us with no running water in our kitchen. £9000 later and still 1/2 our kitchen missing, we then had to get another company to finish it!! Stay away from these jokers.

One of the best kitchen companies around, I would not hesitate in reccomending Niche Kitchens to anyone. Absolutely gorgeous products, it was hard for me to choose just 1 of their amazing kitchens! The customer service was amazing, right from the initial enquiry to the installation. They really listened what I wanted and really made my dream kitchen come true.

Have to give Marchela and Fanandoe, a big thank you, there was a little trouble with the suppliers and that was not there fault, they did sort this problem out. we was adding two new wall units and the suppliers sent the wrong ones. niche sorted out immediately, it took quite a while but it was worth it . Jamie the kitchen fitter did a fantastic job, very clean and was excellent quality workmanship and it was worth the wait . 10 out of 10.

thank you Niche team

Our granite composite sink recently cracked so we had to claim on the warranty. After having the sink delivered to their shop instead of our house. My wife was unable to collect the sink as I work away and we have two children under 3. They have just sent an email threatening my wife with storage charges 30 minutes before they close. This has forced my wife to rush out of the house with two children to collect a granite sink by herself.
Considering it is an issue with a faulty product that they sold this is disgusting behaviour. There was no phone call just a bullying email. I forgot to mention that she did try and collect it when she had help on Sunday. She rang the shop as she had driven passed seeing a sign saying open. Even though they were in the shop and answered the phone she was told she could not collect it as they were closed.

I recently had my kitchen fitted by Niche Kitchens. Right from the start Marcella and Fernando couldn’t have been more helpful. They designed the most amazing kitchen. I never imagined it would turn out the way it did. It is so beautiful, so different and so me. It looks like a £50,000 kitchen but at a fraction of the price. Everyone compliments my kitchen. To the point of friends coming over to have selfies in my amazing kitchen 😂!

Thank you so much Marcella and Fernando at Niche Kitchens. You truly did deliver and are such lovely people. I will enjoy my kitchen which is just amazing. Thank you xx

I would not let this company anywhere near anyones kitchen, worst experience I have ever had, I was over charged and the worst service I have experienced, it was late being done, extra was charged as the job was going on, both directors were rude and ver unprofessional.

. I can't reduce the number of stars any further but would certainly be tempted. Six months since I paid in full kitchen still not finished

Additional, Niche left me with a steel extractor that was not earthed and no gas as their fitter was not paid. Eventually all cupboards were "fitted", I had to square them off though.

Four years later handles and hinges are falling off.

The design is poor, I bang my head on the extractor and have inaccessible base unit space and wall units that I have to get Mr Tickle to help with. The kitchen is cold after Tony persuaded us we didn't need a rad so he could add some more cupboards.

After spending 20k four years ago I am ripping it out and getting it done right. It's the only way I'll get memories of my experience with Niche out of my head.

I expect they have gone bust by now, but wanted to post this update just in case.
