Expensive, dont hold stock so when something is missing off your order it's got to be ordered in which takes a couple of days therefore causing hold ups on the install of your kitchen. There are other local kitchen firms that are better on price, customer service and knowledge.

Purchase kitchen 8 months ago, design turned out to be a little out, kitchen door opens onto the oven, sink not central to the window, 10 van delivery's and this made a week fitting into 2 weeks, units not the same as Wickes as we were told, had to put a blue strip around all edges to blend in with the doors,very poor . Now the Jackson grain work top is staining, Benchmarx told us it was our Morrisons anti bacterial spray, had a second option they said it was a manufacturing fault, Benchmarx washing their hand's of us and will not admit its a fault ,poor management, poor delivery , would not recommend, should have gone to Wickes or Howdens

Just had Benchmarx out to have a look, have no idea how its happened, but we both agreed it's some type of chemical reaction, they have agreed to replace the work tops , so happy with that.
