Turnbull - Lincoln Kitchens & Bathrooms

From the minute we went into Turnbulls to look at kitchens we were so impressed with all the different kitchens they were to choose from. And then our designer Iain was fantastic as we had a budget and a wishlist of what we really wanted in our new kitchen. After Iain came out and measured up it wasn't long until we got our kitchen design and nothing was no problem in choosing the style, colour and splashbacks and appliances. And we were given plenty of time to decide the finished design.
Everyone has been lovely from start to finish and we just love our dream kitchen 😃 Thanks to everyone for all you've done.

We would highly recommend Turnbulls 100% to anyone if you are looking at a new kitchen.

Dealt with Russ in the plumbing department - approachable, super patient (woman buying taps!) helpful and informative from the moment I walked in. Provided some information to help me get a problem sorted and it worked. Highly recommend them.

After placing my order and arranging the fitters, I was told that the shower tray was going to take two months(!) to arrive.

I was incorrectly advised which goods had arrived at Turnbulls and which were still due.

Goods were damaged on arrival.

It’s been over a week and I still don’t know when the damaged goods are going to be replaced. The fitters have come and gone!

You're better off going to B&Q or the cheaper online retailers; Turnbulls isn't really worth the money.

Excellent customer service from the moment we went into the kitchen showroom. Wayne our kitchen designer made an initial site survey and noted our requirements, after a couple of alterations we settled on a design and kitchen manufacturer. Delivery times we spot on, and Wayne was on site to manage deliveries and measuring of kitchen worktops. All fitted by a recommended installer Steve Mills (a true craftsman). I have recently had an en suite shower room and downstairs cloakroom remodelled using Turnbull to design and supply the materials for both. The materials supplied were of great quality and at a very reasonable price. In addition I had to contact customer services as an issue arose regarding some tiles. The service I received was efficient, courteous and prompt. I would be more than happy to recommend Turnbull to anyone completing their own home project and I am more than happy with my finished rooms.

We recently had a kitchen designed by Wayne Winter and installed by Steve Mills. The service supplied by both was exemplary. The design fully met our needs and Steve's workmanship and management of the project was of the highest quality. I recommend the team without reservation.
