INTU Evolution Boiling Water Taps

Having had a boiling water tap at my place of work, I decided that I needed to have one at home. Researched all about them and spoke with several people that use and fit them. After a lot of research and viewing found the Boiling Water Tap Company. Currently doing some brilliant special offers after speaking to Mike, who turns out to be the owner, I made a purchase of an Asprey Chrome and luxe tap, delivered the following the day as promised. Fantastic service by a brilliant family ran company. Cannot recommend then enough. Had it installed by my plumber to ensure correct fitment, which it turns out I didn’t need to as it’s only two pipe connections, so it’s a easy fit for a competent DIY’er under 1 hour. The plumber was so impressed he’s off to get one himself.

Purchased 3 hot water taps for our family. We had an issue with one tap. Sent an email with my query, absolutely amazed that I received a phone call from a member of the team only a few hours after I had sent the email. During telephone conversations Kieran was lovely to speak to always upbeat and friendly. Wonderful service from start to finish especially in these times when we struggle to get through to companies and bamks etc

Brilliant showroom with all tap models working. Dan was very patient helping us choose what we wanted. We ordered at lunchtime and the tap was delivered the following day. The only place we found with more than 1 example to try and compare. Excellent easy parking. Well worth a visit.

Quooker, Fone, Grohe too many choices. A couple of friends recommended Intu. Lot of debate about do you need boiling water… no you do not! The water is 98c and seriously hot. Plus it does not come spurting out at scarily ferocious speeds. What swung it for me was the amazing customer service! Who answers call after one ring these days? They even FaceTimed me to see if they could help remotely? (Thank you Dave) So refreshingly good. The filtered water is great and I am thinking of adding a chill box attachment. Honestly this is the best thing I have bought for kitchen and this company is extremely helpful .

Have been wanting a boiling water tap for years, so when we bought our new house we decided to treat ourselves!

The price was excellent and delivery was quick. We had the tap installed a few days after moving in, and it looks amazing.

Had a slight issue before first use, so called the number in the instruction booklet. Phone was answered within two rings! Spoke to Dave, who was super-helpful and had my query resolved straight away.

It's so refreshing to buy from a company that provides such good service, really glad we chose INTU Evolution Boiling Water Taps. Will definitely be back to buy our replacement filters when the time comes.

This company offers a beautiful, stylish range of taps, but more importantly provides outstanding customer service. I've had issues with a 4in1 tap purchased from them and they went above and beyond to resolve my issue efficiently and promptly. If you're looking to buy a 4 or 5 in 1 tap (and you should, because they are amazing - you'll wonder how you lived without one!) don't hesitate to buy from them.

Absolutely delighted with our boiling tap. Stunning bits of kit, great quality, easy to fit and Its transformed our morning routine. I cant believe I used to fill the kettle up and then wait for it to boil. Now its coffee, water, done.
