Lovely helpful staff and great customer service (better than John Lewis). Big selection of kitchen, cleaning, wine making, baking and cooking 'stuff'. Slope/steps just inside the door.

My mum in law in her 80s was in the shop for over an hour, placed and paid for her orders and was told to expect delivery within a week. Nothing arrived, she called and spoke to a customer service who apologized for delay and will get it delivered soon. 2 weeks later nothing arrived, she called customer service and found out her order has been cancelled and will take a week to refund her the cash. Lakeland, shame on you for treating an elderly so poorly! Your despatch and follow-up service is atrocious! I will never buy from you again!

Upon auditing, fellow connoisseurs had informed me of their customer experience at this resort. They were similar in feeling that this establishment was incredibly below standard. This is attributed to the fact that staff have the tendency to exploit those most vulnerable in society into unnecessarily purchasing items. My visit replicates the conventional consumer experience, and so I can accurately ascertain that this store is currently operating at a 1 star rating.
