Not willing to help!

Walked in needing a replacement door after integrated washing machine went faulty and hence new machine meant hinges needed moving. We bought kitchen via the Warrington branch (which has now closed) so came here as this is our nearest branch now.

Sales assistant gave every excuse why she couldn’t help.

Either go to Howdens (much better customer service) or if like me you are stuck with a benchmarx kitchen you can still get bits from Wickes. Now they have demerged from Travis Perkins they actually care about their customers.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a fitted kitchen from this company a few months ago. During the fitting of the kitchen i have had nothing but issue after issue.

1. Island would not fit. Mentioned this to a representative Geoff was told cant be refunded as the island fitted when he did the measurements so we have done something different...we hadnt plus it was out of its packaging. How do i know if it fits or not without removing the packaging
2. A number of doors had scratches and chips of the doors luckily these needed to be cut to size but this is not the point.
3. Sing had a dent in it. Was told by a representative geoff its been damaged during it being plumbed in. It hadnt been plumbed in it was still in its wrapping. Eventually was given a replacement.
4. Had an i integrated hob unfortunately i was not told that it would need to be hardwired and was not offered an alternative. Asked for a refund but was refused as i was told it had already been wired up. It hadnt and can clearly see it wasnt. I was told with a horrible attitude how would i like that to be sold to me.

Please not use this company they are an absolute disgrace.
