Friendly staff

All staff is the best staff you will ever meet. I was collecting my electric dryer and it was just before closing hour. The kindest member of staff approached me and my daughter and informed in the most polite way that the store was about to close in few minutes.
Zara and other stores can only learn from this Lakeland store. Thank you :)

Went to Lakeland in Wimbledon this afternoon with a friend of mine who had been debating about whether to buy a Remoska for a while, got served by Mandy who has helped and served both myself and my friend previously. Lovely lady, a credit to the company, very knowledgable and didn’t put any pressure on my friend to buy any of the extras available for the Remoska which she went on to buy. Excellent service. Will definitely be visiting again.

Our go-to place for kitchenware. Helpful staff, wide range of kitchenware - both classic and contemporary. Full of practical ideas for the home and kitchen. If you're out of ideas for birthday gifts, go ask the staff at the counter.

Much prefer to visit shop even though it's a bit of s trek. Terrific range of items. Staff helpful and knowledgeable too.

Have some amazing products but everything is so expensive. Compared to Amazon or some other stores. Shame because I would buy much much more.
