We had our kitchen supplied by Benchmarx Merton and was dealing exclusively by Farhan who carried out the design and home visit. Prompt, professional and punctual, Farhan dealt with the project in a commentable manner. A personable character, too (a significant plus), we confidently recommend Farhan to friends who are thinking of upgrading their kitchens.

Friendly service from Farhan at this branch however was quoted around £3500 for a Kitchen which was only supposed to be £1800. It is such a shame because it could have resulted in many repeated sales. Ended up purchasing my kitchen at another Benchmarx branch. Furthermore, there was an issue with him including power tools for my builder in the quote worth nearly £600 masked as 'promotions'. When I asked him about this he denied any wrong doings so will give him the benefit of the doubt.

Matching an existing kitchen from a different merchant is never easy. But customer was happy with the result, a few differences, but nothing that sticks out, overall a good match.
