Lakeland

Love this store, I like to experiment with cooking and there are plenty of tools in this store to help. The staff are very helpful and can offer advice on cooking and tips etc..
The products are very good quality and cover nearly everything you could need in the kitchen.

Parking is usually quite easy as long as you get there early, the bays outside fill up quickly after 9am.

All, or nearly all, your kitchen requirements in one place. Excellent customer service. Some really cool and unusual utensils and accessories can be found amongst the more mundane equipment.

I like Lakeland and that it tries to stock new innovative products. It doesn't proclaim to be the cheapest supplier out there. It does stock up to the minute kitchen (mainly) gadgets that appeal to all.

Noticing the latest GTech vacuum offering, an good example.

My first foray into Taunton town today after weeks in isolation. I needed moth repellant and cake baking provisions. The staff in the shop were very helpful, friendly and made my experience extremely pleasant. Thank you.

Lots of parking in Taunton, this is a smaller store but they can order things and have them delivered to your home. Very well laid out shop, lots of space for wheelchair users. Hazel was very helpful so thank you to her.

You do get some interesting things in here. Dinosaur moulds being one of them.
They often have chocolate that you don't find elsewhere on the high street too, especially coming up to Christmas.
They have an extensive range of kitchen and household items, many of which you never knew you needed, but you find yourself buying!
My only gripe is that they are quite expensive as you can find similar items cheaper elsewhere (but I couldn't comment on whether they would be of the same quality).

After a wander around a brand new high street for me I was pleased to find a Lakeland in Taunton. My previous store was Exeter.
The greeting by the customer service person was lovely and friendly. I wandered round at leisure and chose a few items that I new I would like to use and went to pay for my goods. I brought a bag from them too. At the till I was asked if I wanted to sign up for the store card with the promise of discounts and vouchers sent to the house if I did. As I love the products here I signed up
Overall a great impression of this store. I will be returning soon.

Successfully placed a click and collect order for next day collection for two items, had to wait for 3 days due to stock issues on of them and then when I eventually got the item home one of the items wasn't there, despite querying this in store and being assured it will be in the box. I called and didn't even receive an apology. Unusually poor service from Lakeland.
