Amazing service from start to finish.

We stumbled upon Sheraton Interiors by chance as their showroom is on our local high street. Having visited a few places like John Lewis, Wren and Howdens; we were under the impression that having a bespoke kitchen fitted would either be too expensive, or the reality of "bespoke" options were, in-fact extremely limited. Our experience with Sheraton Interiors proved otherwise.

We were looked after by Shehryar, who was professional and courteous from the beginning. He took the time to thoroughly understand our needs and our budget, explained everything fully and simply, and ultimately worked in partnership with us to create an amazing kitchen within our price range. We were able to customise every detail to suit our needs.

I would happily recommend and definitely use their services again when the time comes. I can honestly say we were treated more like family than customers.

I recently purchased an Inspired Furniture bespoke kitchen through Sheraton Interiors and I can not rate Sheraton highly enough. Mark, the designer, was incredibly patient with all my revisions and the fitters, Paul and Mark, were amazing. My house is old, has no straight edges and uneven floors and they calmly managed to get the kitchen completely level and looking perfect. Mark has been on hand all the way through to answer my questions. I looked at several other kitchen companies and was far more impressed with Sheraton than any of the others I spoke to. The result is a stunning kitchen that I can see my family enjoying for many years to come. Thank you Sheraton.

Went to the show room, to have a look, they came round to measure everything, then never bothered to call back to give me details for a quote, I called several times after and everytime promised a call back, none what so ever, they only seem interested if your doing a big kitchen. They don't have the courtesy to tell you. That's bad customer service. I hope they don't treat all the customers like this

Sheraton were fab in helping us to design our dream kitchen. We changed our minds and designs a few times during the process but they were patient and produced some amazing CAD designs for us. Our final CAD was almost identical to our actual kitchen. The advice and recommendations for worktops to appliances both Sher & Nadia gave us were much appreciated. If you are looking for a professional and personal service then look no further. We absolutely love our kitchen and we get so many compliments from our family & friends. Thank you so so much!

We recently purchased an Inspired Furniture bespoke kitchen through Sheraton Interiors and the result is absolutely fantastic - we could not be more pleased. Mark, the designer, is incredible and offered something completely different from a design perspective compared to the other kitchen providers we considered (Harvey Jones etc). He was so helpful throughout the entire process, answering countless questions and got the absolute maximum yield out of our space with lots of clever ideas. He really does put in an astounding amount of time and energy into the design and it shows. The fitter, Adam, was also excellent. The kitchen is on the first floor of a Victorian house so it was not an easy job and he clearly takes a lot of pride in his work as well as being tidy, respectful and friendly. I'm sure the kitchen will last decades but would not hesitate in using Mark and the team again (and have already recommended them to several friends who are amazed by the results). We would also suggest asking Mark for the full collection of before and after shots of our kitchen to truly appreciate the difference and quality of the work - it is night and day (we have attached a few). The rest of the Sheraton team are friendly and accommodating, offering a level of customer service you hope for from small businesses but do not always get. Thanks again everyone at Sheraton! Dream Kitchen, expertly realised - Start to finish Mark and the Sheraton team were extremely knowledgable and professional. The whole process, from design ideas, through multiple iterations of the layout, options on finishes and ultimately the upgrade to the signature cabinets and oak internals was seamless. Once the design was approved delivery and installation were managed as a finely co-ordinated project, and their fitters were superb. They worked quickly, quietly and attention to detail was meticulous. Minor delivery damage to units was expertly remedied, and the amount of comments we get on the quality of materials, fit and finish speak for themselves. We would not hesitate to recommend Sheraton to anyone looking to invest in a top quality kitchen. Ours puts a smile on our face every time we are in it.

We had a rennovation project which started prior to the first lockdown last year. By the time we got round to ordering our kitchen we were right in the middle of the lockdown. My wife found Sheraton Kitchens through an online search and we were very impressed with the reviews that the team had received.
Our experience was brilliant and through Shehryar's help and invaluable advice we were able to purchase our dream kitchen. For me the most impressive thing was even though we were in an unprecedented situation with the lockdown he was able to ensure that our kitchen was manufactured and delivered on time.
