In Estate Agents speak, a deceptively spacious store opening off Swan Lane. It stocks incredible array of equipment and gadgets for the home, much of which we were unaware we needed! Always good for a browse.

Popped into the Guildford branch to pick up a item I had reserved totalling £200 ! .spoke to the cashier (weekend staffer) ask to speak to Phil the the person who I previously had arranged the purchase over the phone, Phil came I introduced myself!! as to the purpose of my visit was told he would get my order he left it behind the till area that was the last I see of him . Did not expect any grovelling but not a word of thanks 🙏 from Phil.I got more appreciation from the weekend staff !!!!

Had a very bad customer service experience. The cashier didn't seem to be interested in serving anyone. Also very expensive. Staff are really rude. I will never go back again.

Great service. Helpful explanation of the products from the store manager who then wheeled my heavy trolley of purchases all the way through Guildford to a distant car park. Thanks so much for going above and beyond.
