Kitchen purchased less than 3 years. White Planer the wall cupboard door swelled due to a coffee maker being under the cupboard and the small amount of steam coming of the coffee maker which was only used once a day. I took the door into Magnet to see if they could find a replacement door either in 1 of there other branches or in the Hospital Stock which I was led to believe was how they resolve issues like this. We waited over 3 months only to be told they could not help. Very disappointed that an expensive kitchen could need to be replaced all because Magnet change their kitchens every couple of years and do not keep any warranty stock.

Have just ordered a kitchen through Xanthe. So far, I could not be happier with the service and expertise. She really couldn't do enough for us, was helpful, had loads of great ideas and solutions to help make a large modern kitchen fit into our 300 year old house... Very, happy and expectations massively exceeded. Thank you :)

Nice staff but we were ultimately disappointed with the service. Bought a cooker hood but Magnet doesn't fit them. They promised to get a fitter to contact us directly but three weeks on we still have the hood sitting in our garage. I doubt that we'll return to Magnet.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Showroom needs a bit more work. Prices are reasonable. If you're looking for a new kitchen then Magnet should be on your list.
